The beach was non existent. It had a horrible smell that never stoped

We visited in July and were able to upgrade to an oceanfront room with a balcony. If you get the chance, it’s worth it! Pools are beautiful and food and drinks are offered poolside. The view was incredible! The staff were all incredibly accommodating and friendly!! We can’t wait to come back!!

We booked an ocean view room with the property and we certainly did not get ocean view. We could barely see the ocean from our room. More like a “partial” ocean view. The seaweed smell was HORRIBLE. Enough to make someone gag. Our elevator was broken so we had to climb stairs. It was just disappointing. Staff was nice enough though.

Great hotel , comfortable room and relaxing pool

Difficult to get to our room because of 20 steps to go up and down. Beach was covered with seaweed so there was no way to get to the beach either. Had to request a coffee pot go to the lobby for cups and coffee twice. Breakfast was very good but if you didn’t get down there early you waited in a long line if you wanted hot food

Location was perfect.

We had an awesome girls trip here! The staff were accommodating in putting our two rooms next to each other. The 3 pools/pool bars are great and have fun activities daily! It’s so close to everything either a quick walk or Uber got us everywhere we needed to go. We will definitely be back!

Great view from the room and quiet location on the property.

The property was very convenient to all that we wanted to experience in Key West. The room with a balcony was lovely.

It was beautiful and relaxing

The breakfast was at a different building away from our room, directions not given very well where things were. Also our commode backed up three times resulting in us having to call almost everyday we were there. Housekeeping came late in the day instead of the morning.

Everything was perfect, except the washed up seaweed. They said a net broke, and it would be fixed eventually! Cannot wait to go back and utilize the beach area as well.

The resort itself was clean overall but the staff refused to clean the beach full of seaweed which stunk up the whole property. Also the pictures of our room Expedia showed us wasn’t accurate to the room we ended up with. We saw pictures that we had a private balcony and instead we shared a walkway with everyone. We also had to call the front desk numerous times to get us some extra pillows and water bottles. And the employees there at the front desk kept giving us different answers when asking how the food and beverage credit worked which was also a disaster. The bar service and food service was good though other than that it was bad. I’d go to Key West again definitely but I would not stay at this resort ever again.

We were supposed to have an ocean view on a balcony and instead it was an ocean view out the front on a shared porch. This shared porch was right next to the pineapple pool which blares music all day with a DJ on a microphone shouting out until 8pm. When we called right away that this wasn’t what we reserved, the front desk staff said he would change our room the next day going forward but nothing was available that evening of our arrival. We realized the air conditioner was stuck on 64 after coming back to the room from the pool- they sent an engineer and he tried to fix it but by the morning it was broken again. The next morning we learned that he staff didn’t change our room to the one he promised in a building further from the loud pool and the only one with beach view balcony would be in a building that looked too close to pool & the elevator was out It was not easy to get around the property and just not our vibe. The seaweed was very bad in late July & no way to access the beach that looked appealing. That is the Atlantic side and they can’t do much about the seaweed. We ended up changing to Hyatt Centric that morning and were so thankful we did. Completely different atmosphere, no loud music great view from our own deck, all the activities from snorkeling to jet skiing were walking distance and we would have had to uber over from southern most. The staff were very helpful and engaging. We could easily access the public beach with no seaweed from Hyatt beach.

Stay was good but we expected the private beach and it was not clean due to seaweeds so we couldn't use at all. The only reason we booked that hotel due to private beach access which was not available. Otberwise everything was good.

Orbiz site showed resort photos. However actual room was off property and was a tiny room with no chaires or space for clotes

Beautiful hotel..we stayed at Duval gardens guesthouse on duval street about 5 mins walk from the lobby..bellmen are available for transport..breakfast was nice and pool area was well kept..staff is attentive and made sure we had everything we need
