Very nice e property! Quiet area, but very convenient to local bus stop to Duval Street and other attractions. We would definitely stay here again. Be sure to try Frenchie’s Cafe across the street. Great brunch!

Life is not perfect however it’s the accommodations and customer service that makes the difference. I could share with you everything that was wrong but I would rather focus on the effort that Annette and Davoli made to make everything perfect!!!! Excellent customer service!! The location is close to everything and the pool parties are a lot of fun! This is a great place to relax and have fun!!! Anne Marie could benefit from additional customer service training. FYI: The private beach is not clean or available for swimming.

We enjoyed the restaurant and bar, they have great happy hour options.

The resort staff was amazing but the property was nothing like the photos as the beach areas were completely unusable and disgusting due to sargassum. I would not advise visiting Key West at all during the months of July and August. I knew that sargassum would be an issue but had no idea just how horrible it would be.

Resort is beautiful- we received a room upgrade to the Atlantic Building which was gorgeous with ocean views, airy, light, and well lair but the initial 1st floor room behind the lobby, next to the Pineapple pool was updated but very dark and crammed feeling with a smaller bathroom, it faced another building. The resort has 2 gorgeous pools, 2 pool bars and one on site restaurant. Menu is good but the same everyday. Beach area was not accessible at all due to low maintenance/raking and the seaweed/rot smell was so overwhelming we preferred to leave the hotel and go explore when we were able to. We understand nature and the seaweed problems but the hotel could've put more effort in trying to clear out the seaweed which would also help minimize the bad smell. Service staff was amazing, from lobby to bars and housekeeping!

The location was unique. We preferred a better room. The room choices were confusing and not clear. We were charged over $40/ day for parking when it is usually in the resort fee/VIP offering. One of the 2 EV chargers were not working and had to push for the staff to believe us. We were not warned of the sewage smell from the beach. Parking was limited and sometimes had to park in another section of the complex across and down the street. Surprised since we paid over $40/night for parking.

We visited in July and were able to upgrade to an oceanfront room with a balcony. If you get the chance, it’s worth it! Pools are beautiful and food and drinks are offered poolside. The view was incredible! The staff were all incredibly accommodating and friendly!! We can’t wait to come back!!

We booked an ocean view room with the property and we certainly did not get ocean view. We could barely see the ocean from our room. More like a “partial” ocean view. The seaweed smell was HORRIBLE. Enough to make someone gag. Our elevator was broken so we had to climb stairs. It was just disappointing. Staff was nice enough though.

Difficult to get to our room because of 20 steps to go up and down. Beach was covered with seaweed so there was no way to get to the beach either. Had to request a coffee pot go to the lobby for cups and coffee twice. Breakfast was very good but if you didn’t get down there early you waited in a long line if you wanted hot food

Location was perfect.

We had an awesome girls trip here! The staff were accommodating in putting our two rooms next to each other. The 3 pools/pool bars are great and have fun activities daily! It’s so close to everything either a quick walk or Uber got us everywhere we needed to go. We will definitely be back!

The property was very convenient to all that we wanted to experience in Key West. The room with a balcony was lovely.

It was beautiful and relaxing

The breakfast was at a different building away from our room, directions not given very well where things were. Also our commode backed up three times resulting in us having to call almost everyday we were there. Housekeeping came late in the day instead of the morning.
