Five minutes to Mall of America if the traffic is friendly. The staff forgot to bring the kitchin ware I asked.

There are some very scary people living? and helping at the Front Desk...when there is someone at the Front Desk. Had to report marijuana to said Front Desk as a present smell, one morning, to get rid of, & coming home, clearly smoking was, too, impacting my clothes. Running, slamming doors, an unknown man throwing up in the middle of the night not far from my door. Almost no amenities. No phone, few outlets...I did like some of the new fixtures and furniture they were choosing, but many had stickers/tahs on them. Bed was clean, but sheets were pilled/had a hole on one side...They did a nice job in ensuring my room, specifivally, was very clean, upon arrival, as requested. 2 Shampoos, no Conditioner. Cover missing altogether over Bathroom vent. Room #217, I believe. Towels seemed clean!

Both nights we were awakened by noise-first night was 2 guests fighting in hallway and 2nd night were multiple car alarms going off in parking lot. We had to ask for a shower curtain and never did receive wash cloths. We reserved 2 king rooms and received 1 king and 1 Queen- we paid for better room and no credit given. We will not stay here again,

The room was nice and recently remodeled.

Someone from the hotel called me late morning that I was to check in and informed me that due to maintenance issues they had to cancel my reservation. Call was not from the hotel phone number, and offered no assistance in any form. Said to call hotels.com to arrange a cancellation and refund. it has been over a week, and still no refund!! VERY UNHAPPY!!

Not a clean room! There was glitter and pubic hair all over the blanket and sheets.

Property was over all okay. When you book the room with a stove top. They don't inform you that you need stainless steel pan and want to charge 34.99 for the set. Other than that it's was okay.

Where do I start? Tried to check in at 238 pm. Guy at front wasn't even the clerk just said I don't know what to do. I returned at 5 pm and it smelled like marijuana in the front entry. The hallways were littered with garbage and food scraps. I wouldn't shower in rhe tub and the kitchen area was disgusting. The bed was hard as a rock snd the TV very tough to work with a broken stand.

The hotel cancelled my reservation without informing me. Once I arrived, all rooms were sold out. I had to make a new booking with a different hotel.

Water on the floor, apparently leaking out form the sink. Bugs in the bathtub crawoing around. A/C not working properly. No ice in the ice maker 2 floors down. The desk clerk handed me to empty ice trays for the in room refrigerator freezer.

I received a call about 5 hours before check-in time to cancel my reservation. I had made the reservation two weeks prior, and they canceled at the last minute. The caller said it was due to a problem with the tub and that they had no other rooms available. I had to make a last minute reservation at another hotel and ended up paying $34 more per night. It was a very frustrating experience, because we had to be in Minneapolis that day to help our daughter move into her new apartment.

Doing a lot of remodeling construction the bed was very comfortable the room was ok house keeping needs to pay attention a bit more but not bad and was very quiet

I understand that they are currently undergoing renovations, which is fine and didn't cause any issues. The problems were the fact that the carpet in the room was stained, every time entering the elevator it smelled very strongly of marijuana. The biggest issue was that 3 times throughout the night the fire alarms went off. The first time the fire truck and police arrived however they didn't show up the other two times it went off. When I asked the front desk if there was an issue they stated that there was nothing wrong just the crew doing the renovations kept setting the stairwell alarm off and they were working on fixing it. Also heard another customer tell the front desk that the previous week he had seen someone smoking in the stairwell and the front desk's lack of reaction stated that it happens often.

Room was really cold when arrived called and asked for a blanket, it was provided at the front desk water pressure was low

Friendly staff, nicely renovated room, new furniture and new appliances.

This property cries of health code violations and potential for infestations. The first room offered was filthy, the bathroom was an afterthought and was missing a shower curtain, towels and the tub was absolutely dirty as if it hadn't been properly cleaned/sanitized for years(pictures available). Tile floors were unclean, too. The next room offered wasn't much better. The halls still reeked of the smoke of Marijuana like downstairs. Every hall hadn't been vacuumed for a long while-just dirty. After entering a room where the door had to be pulled shut firmly, the bathroom had towels and a curtain, but the bath tub was just as filthy as the first room. I saw a newer cook top and flooring, but the floors were tacky to the touch. Both refrigerators had exterior rust and were not level. After staying for about an hour, I checked out. I mentioned to the new checkout clerk I was checking out and she stated she wasn't able to offer any refund because she didn't have access to that part of the system. This was highway robbery. You offer an unsafe, unsanitary accommodations and still keep the money. Expedia: I would drop this property immediately. I hold you complicit in this property's condition. Why would you risk losing business with such a property?
