Five minutes to Mall of America if the traffic is friendly. The staff forgot to bring the kitchin ware I asked.

Sticky substance all over the floor. Heavy fragrance smell in room made me nauseous. Icky.

For the price it was ok. The toilet paper dispenser was empty and no shower towels in the room. Hallway carpet should have been vacuumed

check in/check out easy, no hassles room was not as clean as it should be

They were remodeling the hotel and worked until 9 pm on Saturday night and started banging loudly on Sunday morning at 7:30 am. No towels in the room, only 2 wash cloths. 1/4 roll of toilet paper, no extra. We asked at the desk for a room closer to the elevator, and he told us it was, but it was all the way to the other end of the hallway. We have disability issues. Never anyone at the desk.

Property was clean even when going through renovations. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Management was extremely helpful and accommodating.

I've stayed here a couple of times. Currently they are under going a complete renovation (including all the rooms).So, the hallways where a little crowded! But considering the reason why and the commitment of the staff to make it a better place! It was very nice place to stay! I'll definitely be staying there again!

Not so good. Not at all like the photos. Dirty. No microwave. Fridge didn’t work. No tv remote control. No coffee maker. Bedding was thin and worn and crusty. I will not stay here again.

Staff was friendly but the room smelled like cigarettes and looked like it didn’t get cleaned from the last visit. We found someone else’s socks… Also the trash room wasn’t well maintained and the smoking policy doesn’t seem to be enforced. The hallways smelled heavily of smoke.

There we’re plenty of stains all over the room. No trash can in the restroom. A few plug outlets didn’t work. The tv stand was loose with no remote.

The property is under renovation, and the room had light fixtures that didn’t work, broken drawer on dresser, broken mirror frame, drywall broken behind door, and many cleanliness issues and wear issues. Asked staff if there was a better room, and no response other than to say they were rehabbing the property. This property is not as advertised on Expedia, and should not be allowed to market on Expedia until the renovation is completed.

Not sure where thses people that left 5 star reviews are staying,but you will get high walking down the hallway,noise level will keep you awake all night. Stayed 2 nights 3rd floor,i wouldnt recommend or stay at this place again.

I like to hear it's pretty nice I'm still here in a room so I like that it has a kitchen and stuff and a nice size refrigerator but yes this is a very nice place to come to

The hotel gave our room with two beds away to someone that wanted to extend their stay, even though our room was already paid for. They gave us a room with a queen bed for the same price- they would not give us a lower price because they already charged my credit card?? There was nothing else available in town in our price range so we had to take it. So the THREE of us (me, my son, and husband) squeezed into the bed each night. The room itself was not that great- lamps that didn’t work, one was missing a light bulb, torn curtains, and trash under the bed.
