SureStay by Best Western Grayson

I stay at this hotel frequently. The Turn over on employees is very high. There are new employees everytime I check in.

With not too many choices available , I started here for one night . Odd combination of “dated” and “renovated” The room was clean , bed was surprisingly comfortable. Biggest plus was the Mexican restaurant I could walk to next door .

Everything was just ok. The whole place is very musty smelling and everything had a “wet” feel. They need some dehumidifiers. The linens were clean. Breakfast was decent for a hotel. Our toilet ran on and off the whole time, it was particularly loud in the night. Also, the doors stick everywhere so lots of door noise. It was the best option in the area, but I wouldn’t stay again given a choice

Extra $20 to check in 30 min early, floor in room dirty, Went to breakfast at 8:00 am and nearly everything empty. What was there was cold & stale. Will not recommend to anyone nor will I stay there again.

We were traveling for a funeral. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was very nice.

Nothing. Pubic hair in shower. Room above leaking water into my room. Mediocre breakfast. There were a few choices in restaurants nearby.

I assume the high price i paid for the room was due to the Rock the country concert booking the hotels in the area but it definately not a $400 a night place

our bed had ants all over it the first night and we were just given sheets and had to change it all ourselves.

We’ve stayed here for 20 plus years because it’s always a good experience. The staff are always friendly. The new updates look great. The breakfasts are very nice. Better than most places we’ve stayed at.

We had two rooms 122 and 123. Room 121 smelt horrible. Michael Ann was great and understanding when I asked if we could switch rooms. She said if it smelt to that if I let her know she would make sure she got me a good room. The room didn't smell good but smelt better than the other. During breakfast we went down between 730-8 and there was no eggs. We sat down and waited for about 15 minutes but none was never brought out. We purchased with Continental breakfast to save money on food so it was disappointing. The older kids was able to eat about 930 so that helped for sure. This property definitely needs to work on cleanliness.

Sign by check in says no pets allowed. A family came walking in from outside in their swimwear with 2 dogs. Went straight to their room. The chair in our room was stained black over most of chair. Our friends toilet bowel had not been cleaned after someone had a bowel movement. Out of eggs , over cooked sausage. The biscuits and milk gravy were good. Won’t stay at sure stay again

I like that even though the hotel was off the freeway the traffic amazingly enough wasn't disturbing at all. It was close enough to everything you could possibly need or want. And we were literally eight minutes from where we needed to be everyday

My room had awful bad smell .

This is exactly the place you are looking for if you want relaxation, clean, spacious, fun plenty to do, beautiful the affordable option for rooms with hot tubs, a indoor heated pool, face friendly, the hospitality is super welcoming and just a all around amazing trip. Definitely will be back thank you Sure Stay for treating us like we have been pals forever,

The room was absolutely dirty this time and there was hair all over the bathroom and in the tub.

This property is absolutely beautiful the stay was truly peaceful and definitely well worth the stay

Everything was great except the kids that woke us up at 12

The room was very nice and the people was very friendly. I personally think the pool could use some tlc. The water smells weird and there is so many bugs floating around in the water.

The Mexican restuarant next door is GREAT! The hotel is good, full of preteens because of indoor pool. There is no elevator… I think there used to be.
