Great service and kind hospitality.

VIP accessで部屋のアップグレードとシャンパンサービスを受けました。 ソファエリアのある広い部屋で清潔で広いバスタブのありかなり快適な滞在でした。

チェックインまでの待ち時間にもわざわざラウンジに座席を用意してくれたり、 顔を覚えてくれて、部屋番号を伝えなくてもタクシーを予約してくれたり、とても親切でした 朝はロビーにコーヒーとマフィンがあり助かりました

何度も泊まらせて頂いていますが、ロケーションは特に最高だと思います。パークビューのお部屋からはブライアントパークが見え、緑が感じられます。ブライアントパークの周りには食事を楽しめるお店がたくさん揃っていますし、ホールフーズで生活用品やお土産を購入することもできます。 インテリアはシンプルで私好みです。ベッドは私が好きなタイプの硬さです、マットが合わないと腰が痛くなったりするのですが、ここでは不調を感じた事はありません。 またシャワーブースとは別に、深く大きな浴槽が備え付けられています。シャワーは天井付け以外に、ハンドシャワータイプも隣に備わっているので、非常に洗いやすいです。水量も非常に豊富です。

My 2nd stay here and 2nd time issue with water temperature in shower and sink. Water never got warm in either, cold everyday. They had someone come up to fix it but it wasn't fixed. Jo at the front desk was very kind and felt bad I could see. My bill was reduced by $200 but I won't be coming back in future. It's not acceptable to deal with this issue at this level of a hotel.

The Bryant Park Hotel is a gem. Right on Bryant Park. Large rooms. Sophisticated vibe. The convenience of central midtown location.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. Every staff member I encountered — from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant team — went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. The attention to detail was outstanding. The front desk staff were not only efficient and knowledgeable, but also kind and eager to ensure my stay was seamless. Housekeeping maintained the room impeccably, and small touches throughout my stay made it clear that guest comfort is their top priority. This hotel is beautiful, yes, but it’s the staff who make it truly exceptional. I left feeling not just well taken care of, but valued. I will absolutely be returning, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just a stay, but an experience defined by excellent service and remarkable people.

Holiday weekend, so my experience might be tainted by the “B” team, and my city view was of scaffolding and a roof top. Water was cut off, a pushy maid, and lack luster staffing.

We came for our 30th wedding anniversary to celebrate and have fun in Manhattan. The hotel was beautiful, Alphonso took great care of us at the bar with delicious cocktails and the room and location were lovely. We overlooked the park and enjoyed the spacious and elegant room. I am a clean freak and it was very clean.
