My 2nd stay here and 2nd time issue with water temperature in shower and sink. Water never got warm in either, cold everyday. They had someone come up to fix it but it wasn't fixed. Jo at the front desk was very kind and felt bad I could see. My bill was reduced by $200 but I won't be coming back in future. It's not acceptable to deal with this issue at this level of a hotel.

You can't beat the location of this hotel but the amenities are amazing too. Great staff, restaurants and rooms. They even had a tote bag for us in the room not just to use there but to take home with us. I would totally stay here again!

My wife and I decided to spend the weekend in the city and always want to be near Bryan Park. So happy we made the choice to stay at the Bryant Park hotel. The staff was so friendly and immediately upgraded our room. I would stay here anytime and would recommend it to anyone. Prices were reasonable the experience was worth the cost. We are already talking about coming back.
