Beautiful boutique hotel. Rooms were great and the views from the rooftop bar were amazing

This is our 2nd time here. Very clean, modern, quiet with a friendly staff. I got up extremely early due to the time difference and there was coffee ready in the lobby so I didn’t have to go out or disturb my husband. The roof top bar offers great cocktails and small bites. Very short walk to Pike’s Place Market. We love this hotel.

They gave us a free upgrade to a room with harbor view and early check in at 11 am!!

The rooms were nice but the man at front desk was very rude, he said he was going to charge me for no show , but the lady at night told me they were going to cancel one of them, for some reason they booked me for two nights Kiana night receptionist told me she was only going to charge me for one night.

Great location! We had the bay view and could watch the Ferris wheel different colors every night. We got cleaning service daily and they left our room spotless every day. Staff was all friendly and nice!

The staff were amazing. Upgraded our room bc ours wasn't ready. Would definitely stay here again

Beds were ok, food was ok nothing out of the ordinary. We went up to the Nest to get a drink before going to a concert and there was a 30-45 min wait even though we paid quite a bit of money to stay the night here. Once we got up there we waited in line for another 45 minutes only to have a person come tell us there was no bar tender!? We went back downstairs to get food, they were short staffed and the person/waiter was in a bad attitude, the only kind person was the host! Then they told me the breakfast would be free as a compensation for the hassle of it all and my card ended up getting charged. Truthfully wouldn’t stay here again.

Better tv service!…. What about tv acces to apps as prime , Hulu or Netflix

The locations was the best and the rooftop although too crowded as people non hotel guests can join too .. the rooms clean the bed nice and the gym at 3rd floor great Coffee in the room not good It’s a 4 star not more

The hotel was in a great location and was clean and safe. My only issue was the room was very small. If youre traveling with kids and have a lot of luggage you will basically have zero space to relax.

She was able to help me with a name change ! It was really quick and I appreciate the time she took to help me.

Long waits to get

My only issue was the valet parking charge i accrued was $68 per night when i was advised online when booking at the rate is $38 per night which is normal price in the city. The second issue was being told that i could not use tap to pay with apple pay when i checked in but when i checked out there was a restaurant charge and they had no issue allowing to tap to pay at that point. I just feel misled, Also the restaurant can use a little more consistency in staff training as on two different occasions items ordered were forgotten and we had to bring to the Servers attention.

Super friendly staff; very clean room; and perfect location. Will DEFINITELY stay again and HIGHLY recommend!

hotel had poor room ac unit. leaked water on all our stuff, restroom had poor water pressure for toilet, room had huge pillar effecting window view, lacked light, staff was unamused to be there, except valet staff they were very friendly and professional - centrally located to all essentials
