The location was very nice to have easy access to the surrounding attractions. I had high expectations for the rooftop, but I wasn't satisfied.

I definitely will choose this hotel if i go seattle again. Highly recommend.

호텔과 공항이 가깝고, 주변에 파이크 마켓과 SAM 박물관 그리고 맛있는 지역 음식점과 쇼핑을 할 수 있는 상점들이 다양하여 재미있게 지낼수 있었습니다. 특히 water view 의 룸에서 볼 수 있는 야경은 최고였습니다. staff 는 친절했고 방은 modern design 의 간편한 가구들로 꾸며져 있었으며 컵 하나하나에도 신경을 쓴 흔적이 있어서 만족스러웠습니다. 음식도 맛있었고, 위치와 가격 그리고 서비스를 생각한다면 꼭 다시 가고 싶은 호텔입니다.

모든 면이 만족스러웠지만 Front Desk 에 요청했던 사항이 완료되는데 상당한 시간이 걸렸다. 40분 후에 다시 전화를 걸어야 관련 요청사항이 완료가 되었는데 또 다른 문제점은 Wake up call 을 하려고 Front Desk 에 전화를 했는데 또 안 받고 있다는 점이다. Front Desk 의 담당자들이 좀 더 신경을 쓰고 투숙객들의 요청사항에 신속히 대응해야 할 것으로 생각된다.

This is our 2nd time here. Very clean, modern, quiet with a friendly staff. I got up extremely early due to the time difference and there was coffee ready in the lobby so I didn’t have to go out or disturb my husband. The roof top bar offers great cocktails and small bites. Very short walk to Pike’s Place Market. We love this hotel.

They gave us a free upgrade to a room with harbor view and early check in at 11 am!!

The rooms were nice but the man at front desk was very rude, he said he was going to charge me for no show , but the lady at night told me they were going to cancel one of them, for some reason they booked me for two nights Kiana night receptionist told me she was only going to charge me for one night.

Great location! We had the bay view and could watch the Ferris wheel different colors every night. We got cleaning service daily and they left our room spotless every day. Staff was all friendly and nice!

The staff were amazing. Upgraded our room bc ours wasn't ready. Would definitely stay here again

Beds were ok, food was ok nothing out of the ordinary. We went up to the Nest to get a drink before going to a concert and there was a 30-45 min wait even though we paid quite a bit of money to stay the night here. Once we got up there we waited in line for another 45 minutes only to have a person come tell us there was no bar tender!? We went back downstairs to get food, they were short staffed and the person/waiter was in a bad attitude, the only kind person was the host! Then they told me the breakfast would be free as a compensation for the hassle of it all and my card ended up getting charged. Truthfully wouldn’t stay here again.

Better tv service!…. What about tv acces to apps as prime , Hulu or Netflix

The bedding and our view were phenomenal!

The locations was the best and the rooftop although too crowded as people non hotel guests can join too .. the rooms clean the bed nice and the gym at 3rd floor great Coffee in the room not good It’s a 4 star not more

The hotel was in a great location and was clean and safe. My only issue was the room was very small. If youre traveling with kids and have a lot of luggage you will basically have zero space to relax.

She was able to help me with a name change ! It was really quick and I appreciate the time she took to help me.

One of the best memorable hotel stays. This hotel is clean, centrally located and staff are amazing
