想像より狭くがっかり

温かいコーヒー、ハーブティーがいつでもサービス頂けて、外出時有り難かった。朝食もバラエティーに富んでいて、嬉しかった。

４泊した内２泊が人生初の最悪な宿泊経験となりました。 １泊目、部屋もとても綺麗で超満足。 ２泊目はハロウィン前夜からハロウィン当日に切り替わる週末の夜で、ホテル中の部屋を行き交い大騒ぎする客のせいで朝まで一睡も出来ず。ホテル中に響く大音量の音楽に歌声、部屋のみならず廊下でも大騒ぎする連中はをホテルは野放しにしていました。 この日にもう一つ分かったのが、このホテルの部屋はとても綺麗に改修されているのですが、まるで紙の様に薄いのか、すべての音が筒抜けになります。隣室でおそらくピルケースの中の薬を振る音まで丸聞こえなので、何度自室に誰かいるのかと驚いたことか。 ４泊目も夜９時頃からパーティーが始まりどんどんエスカレート。フロア中が実際に振動する大音量の音楽に合わせ皆大騒ぎが悪化していく一方なのでフロントに何度か電話するも誰も出ず。深夜12時になる頃フロントへ行くとスタッフがいたので、この酷さをなんとかしてくれと苦情を入れました。 その数分後には大騒ぎが収まり、そのさらに数分後くらいでしょうか、パーティー自体が終わりました。 そういった意味でスタッフは苦情対応はきちんとしてくれたのかもしれませんが、クレームが入らないと何もしないのでしょうか。 翌日のチェックアウトの際に、滞在はどうだったと聞いてきたスタッフに昨夜も滅茶苦茶だったと言うと、NYでは時々あるのよねぇごめんなさい、とのことでした。 ハロウィンの週末とは言え、とんでもない経験をしたのでした。やはり最低限夜はちゃんと寝たいです。

HI CLOSE TO SHOPPING MALLS

Muy limpio, muy bien ubicado, entrada al metro muy cerca, en la misma cuadra. Desayuno incluido bueno. Si volvería.

Appartement très bien placé. Lit double confortable. Par contre le canapé lit fait pour une autre personne horrible . Matelas trop fin, nous sentions les ressorts. Dommage de louer pour 3 personnes sans avoir des lits confortables. Salle de petits déjeuners trop petite. Petit déjeuner correct

I booked a weeklong stay so I wanted a place with the kitchen. It was great and there was a small couch in the room also. We went with a friend so the couch made it nice for the three of us to be able to get together in the same room in the evenings. The kitchen had all the amenities that we needed to make meals or snacks and keep leftovers from the restaurants cold. Great water, pressure, comfortable bags and we were on the second floor facing the street, but it was pretty quiet since it’s a side street from Times Square. I had heard negative reviews about that elevators being slow so I asked for a low floor. From the second story we were able to use the stairs. It was very convenient to run down for some coffee in the morning and then to grab breakfast. We did not eat in the breakfast area and pretty much made plates and took things back to the room to eat, but it seemed there were open tables that we wanted to stay. They were good hot and cold options and they did mix it up so that there were different choices every day. The staff was great. The location is amazing, just a few blocks from all the action of Time Square in Broadway, a subway station Hell’s kitchen and restaurant row. A couple doors down there was a comedy club and a target two blocks down and around the corner together supplies. One thing we did not discover until the end of our stay, was there as a rooftop patio that has a barbecue grill furniture for a rooftop happy hour. No laundry though.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Ambiente agradável e limpo. Atendimento excelente! Quarto muito bem estruturado, só achei a cama um pouco pequena e o espaço p café da manhã apertado. Recomendo a todos!

We were close to the theater District Times Square and two our train everything was walkable distance, and the hotel was clean, and the staff are very friendly

The room was very big with a separated sofa zone woth TV, a big bedroom and a complete bathroom. Everything was good! I'll strongly recommend!

Very clean and confortable

Great experience, I warmly raccomando Thai hotel. Cozy, clean and peaceful despite the great location in Times Square. Everyone was professional, polite and always welcoming. Breakfast great, every day different oprions, good coffee! We were a family of three, traveling with a 7 y old. The couch were he slept was nice but the mattress not suitable for an adult. Thank you everyone for the nice stay!

Ho apprezzato la pulizia impeccabile, l’isolamento acustico della stanza e la colazione. Ad un passo da Broadway e dalla fermata della metro.

Perfect location. Room was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

We got moved to another hotel because the HVAC was not working

We loved our staff!!! Give them a raise!! However, we stayed 5 nights, 4 days, our room was cleaned twice. We had to ask multiple times for towels. When asked why our room wasn’t cleaned, one of the staff members asked if we had the DNK sign up. I replied no and she was on it to get it cleaned and serviced. However, it took the cleaners 30 mins to get to our room, 2 mins before they left for the night. Staff were incredible!!!!!!!!!!! Even the night time Custer service gentleman who was absolutely the best at his job! Room not so much.
