This was my second visit to Banyan Tree in 6 years, and I found the staff to be more friendly and the atmosphere more comfortable. ・For Banyan Tree Management However, there were some imperfections in the service, such as the hammock in out the room being hung on the evening of the 3 or 4 day of our stay, and the few of conditioner. Additionally, as the facility has been in operation for over 10 years, I noticed signs of wear and tear in the furnishings and other areas of the facility. In my case, I communicated with the facility several times about my itinerary between making the reservation and arriving. There were no communication lapses, but I think that if I had been able to communicate directly with the butler once he had been assigned, I would have felt more at ease before my stay and my stay would have been smoother. Despite the significant changes in the world post-COVID-19, the staff have continued to improve. ・For guests quality Like many hotels, the guest demographic has deteriorated compared to 6 years ago, with an increase in guests lacking proper manners. In an era where everyone can easily travel overseas, many people seem to be visiting the resort despite some forcibly, prioritizing the present moment post-pandemic.

The location and service are all excellent.
