Banyan Tree adalah pilihan yang sempurna bagi mereka yang ingin menikmati ruang yang damai, dekat dengan kawasan desa yang damai. Bilik-bilik Banyan Tree dinilai dengan kualiti yang tinggi dengan reka bentuk yang unik, terletak di pergunungan yang megah. Ruang yang memberikan Banyan Tree kepada anda adalah pengalaman indah untuk menonton matahari terbenam, atau menikmati minit terakhir hari penuh oleh kolam infiniti di kampus Banyan Tree; Segala sesuatu di sini cukup untuk membawa anda kedamaian, kebebasan dan kebebasan. Bilik-bilik di Banyan Tree mempunyai pemandangan menghadap laut biru yang luas, meregangkan ke gunung-gunung yang megah di kaki langit. Nous voulions tester une fois encore un Banyan Tree, voilà notre motivation lors de passage au Vietnam. Plutôt isolé des routes classiques du pays, mais cela participe à son charme. Heureusement une navette est disponible à l'aéroport. A organiser en amont, ce qui n'est pas forcément aisée. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par l'accueil personnalisé : fleur, voiturette, directement en chambre... à la hauteur de la réputation du groupe. Pas déçus non plus par la villa avec une décoration, des matériaux, un design de grande qualité. Coup de maître, il semble que nous soyons les seuls occupants tant il n'y a aucun vis à vis et pourtant une vue dégagée sur les espaces verts, tant depuis le jardin que la piscine privative. Idem pour le spa, qui accueille chaque hôte dans un spa individuel, un moment où se croire être Cléopâtre 😄. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. J'ai eu l'occasion d'en tester des centaines mais c'est à ce jour le meilleur tant par la variété que la qualité. Moins bien par contre pour le restaurant, nous avons connu mieux au Vietnam. Salle de sport et activités en tout genre, de quoi faire en sorte de ne pas voir le temps passer. Même si la plage est certainement plus tentante en été que lors de notre passage hivernal. En bref, trop court séjour pour nous.

We stayed at Banyan Tree for 8 days / 7 nights, staying in an Ocean facing Pool Villa with Well-being Package. Highlights: Jacuzzi / Hot Tub attached to the private pool. It got windy and cold on some days (hot and sunny on others). The Jacuzzi allowed us to enjoy a hot soak day or night when temperatures dropped. The on-call Butler service via WhatsApp was efficient and useful. Whatever we needed was a quick text message away. Always friendly and accomodating. Villa was serviced and cleaned twice a day, and with our Well-being package we got juices, fruit and healthy bowls of food in the afternoon. I knew this hotel was more isolated and that was fine for us, and the food options on site were fine for a one week stay. However, if you are planning multiple day trips from Banyan Tree then the transport may get tedious as it’s a fair distance from Hue and Hoi An. If you want a relaxing and pampered stay that feels miles away from the problems of the outside world, this is your place.

We did the 2 night stay for our honeymoon straight after our wedding and couldn’t be happier. The villa is beautiful, food is amazing and we had the best sleep on the most comfy bed. There are plenty of activities within the resort too.

He truly thought of everything, from afternoon tea services to customizing our daily schedules. The breakfast and Thai restaurants were both amazing. We also loved our spa services. The villa was huge and had a great view. This was one of our favorite resort stays ever.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, though it felt somewhat dated and perhaps didn’t quite match the high expectations we had for the price point — it’s more reminiscent of a property that would have been luxurious 15 years ago. We visited during the off-season, so the hotel wasn’t very busy, and unfortunately the weather wasn’t ideal. The restaurants lacked atmosphere, and the resort overall felt a bit like a ghost town, perhaps because many facilities are spread out and shared with the neighboring Asanya Hotel. On the positive side, we had an excellent massage at the spa and really enjoyed the breakfast selections. We dined at both on-site restaurants, and Saffron Thai was fantastic, particularly for the views. All staff we encountered were very friendly and welcoming. One minor concern was that our first morning’s walk along the beach revealed quite a bit of rubbish, though we did notice staff collecting it the following day.

This was my second visit to Banyan Tree in 6 years, and I found the staff to be more friendly and the atmosphere more comfortable. ・For Banyan Tree Management However, there were some imperfections in the service, such as the hammock in out the room being hung on the evening of the 3 or 4 day of our stay, and the few of conditioner. Additionally, as the facility has been in operation for over 10 years, I noticed signs of wear and tear in the furnishings and other areas of the facility. In my case, I communicated with the facility several times about my itinerary between making the reservation and arriving. There were no communication lapses, but I think that if I had been able to communicate directly with the butler once he had been assigned, I would have felt more at ease before my stay and my stay would have been smoother. Despite the significant changes in the world post-COVID-19, the staff have continued to improve. ・For guests quality Like many hotels, the guest demographic has deteriorated compared to 6 years ago, with an increase in guests lacking proper manners. In an era where everyone can easily travel overseas, many people seem to be visiting the resort despite some forcibly, prioritizing the present moment post-pandemic.

Our Villa Host, Man was amazing!!!! Super friendly, responsible, helpful, spontaneous and personable!!!! He has exceeded my expectations every time! An absolute super staff you have!!! The Villa was clean and comfortable. Privacy was respected. Cleaning staff were quick and quite thorough. I also really like the maintenance option you have on the website so I can report any defects, which were all taken care of at the indicted time. A big thumbs up for your maintenance team too! Greeters at the restaurants were all great! They remembered us by face and our orders from the day before…..amazing! Shi was particularly attentive!!!! Your Spa is also of high standard…… loved the massages!!!! Ladies there were skillful and gentle!❤️ In general, our stay with you was great! I would definitely recommend and have already recommended to our friends! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

The staff is incredible. Everyone knew your name, what you were doing that day. The food at the water court was masterful. The rooms— absolutely divine. Amenities upon amenities.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, though it felt somewhat dated and perhaps didn’t quite match the high expectations we had for the price point — it’s more reminiscent of a property that would have been luxurious 15 years ago. We visited during the off-season, so the hotel wasn’t very busy, and unfortunately the weather wasn’t ideal. The restaurants lacked atmosphere, and the resort overall felt a bit like a ghost town, perhaps because many facilities are spread out and shared with the neighboring Asanya Hotel. On the positive side, we had an excellent massage at the spa and really enjoyed the breakfast selections. We dined at both on-site restaurants, and Saffron Thai was fantastic, particularly for the views. All staff we encountered were very friendly and welcoming. One minor concern was that our first morning’s walk along the beach revealed quite a bit of rubbish, though we did notice staff collecting it the following day.

This was my second visit to Banyan Tree in 6 years, and I found the staff to be more friendly and the atmosphere more comfortable. ・For Banyan Tree Management However, there were some imperfections in the service, such as the hammock in out the room being hung on the evening of the 3 or 4 day of our stay, and the few of conditioner. Additionally, as the facility has been in operation for over 10 years, I noticed signs of wear and tear in the furnishings and other areas of the facility. In my case, I communicated with the facility several times about my itinerary between making the reservation and arriving. There were no communication lapses, but I think that if I had been able to communicate directly with the butler once he had been assigned, I would have felt more at ease before my stay and my stay would have been smoother. Despite the significant changes in the world post-COVID-19, the staff have continued to improve. ・For guests quality Like many hotels, the guest demographic has deteriorated compared to 6 years ago, with an increase in guests lacking proper manners. In an era where everyone can easily travel overseas, many people seem to be visiting the resort despite some forcibly, prioritizing the present moment post-pandemic.

Our Villa Host, Man was amazing!!!! Super friendly, responsible, helpful, spontaneous and personable!!!! He has exceeded my expectations every time! An absolute super staff you have!!! The Villa was clean and comfortable. Privacy was respected. Cleaning staff were quick and quite thorough. I also really like the maintenance option you have on the website so I can report any defects, which were all taken care of at the indicted time. A big thumbs up for your maintenance team too! Greeters at the restaurants were all great! They remembered us by face and our orders from the day before…..amazing! Shi was particularly attentive!!!! Your Spa is also of high standard…… loved the massages!!!! Ladies there were skillful and gentle!❤️ In general, our stay with you was great!
