Very bad stay. We originally booked a room with 2 beds since we are 3 in the group but the rude lady in the reception said she gave our room to other guests. The lady also asked us for our passports and she said the she will keep it but we insisted because its not right to collect tourist's passport and not return it to them. The room they gave us was dirty, with foul odor, bathroom is in its worst condition, creepy hotel with roaches. The bed has insects and the bedsheets and towels have stains and are damaged. Slippers in the room are used and dirty. Only good feedback for this hotel is its location and the very nice and helpful bellman/housekeeper. Will never stay here again.

Letak hotel strategis dan tidak bising di dalam kamar, jadi cukup nyaman untuk istirahat. Cukup memadai untuk backpacker. Kamar mandi bersih, air lancar, closet lancar. Hanya sirkulasi udara perlu diperbaiki. Karena dengan kondisi sekarang meskipun bersih namun para pengidap alergi debu pasti akan terganggu. Oiya resepsionisnya oke dan helpfull.

立地も良く、部屋も綺麗に整えられていました。チェックインとチェックアウトもスムーズでした。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。

Strategic location, friendly staff, good service, well kept hotel.

Room is very damp, several times sounds of water disposal happened, wifi is weak, not good surrounding, kind a creepy, we check in very late around 11 then look for something to eat because the vietnam airlines didn't give food/snack which is already price included. After eating we check out moved to nearby hotel

Ghi là phòng VIP nhưng rất tệ và bẩn

Semuanya bagus dari pelayanan, lokasi, akses ke bandara dan lain-lain. Hanya saja lemari pendingin yang tidak berfungsi.

Đặt phòng xong nhưng lúc check in thì không có phòng. Phải đợi đến 6h tối mới có phòng. Nhân viên hay chủ khách sạn có thái độ không tốt. Toilet cực kỳ bẩn nền nhà thì hỏng. Cảnh báo = nên tránh xa khách sạn này. Khách sạn tồi tệ nhất mà tôi chưa bao giờ gặp phải trong suốt hơn 20 năm đi du lịch trong và ngoài nước. Very terrible hotel. Never recommended

Ngay trung tâm trat thuan tien. Chủ, lê tân va bác bảo vệ rất nhiet tinh , gân gủi khách hang.

rất tê, đăt 4 phòng, den nhận có 1 phong chờ 2 tieng sao được thêm 2 phong, la 3 phong, cho đến 6h chieu vẫn không đủ 4 phong, danh phai tu đi kiem khách sạn khác ở, nhân viên quá tệ

Toi cam thay rất hai long. Phục vu tiếp đón cua nhan vien le tan và chú bao vệ. Giá cả hop lý.
