Ha Trang Hotel

Very bad stay. We originally booked a room with 2 beds since we are 3 in the group but the rude lady in the reception said she gave our room to other guests. The lady also asked us for our passports and she said the she will keep it but we insisted because its not right to collect tourist's passport and not return it to them. The room they gave us was dirty, with foul odor, bathroom is in its worst condition, creepy hotel with roaches. The bed has insects and the bedsheets and towels have stains and are damaged. Slippers in the room are used and dirty. Only good feedback for this hotel is its location and the very nice and helpful bellman/housekeeper. Will never stay here again.

Strategic location of the hotel and not noisy in the room, so it's quite comfortable for a break. Quite adequate for backpackers. Clean bathroom, smooth water, smooth closet. Only air circulation needs to be improved. Due to the present condition, although it is clean, people with dust allergy will definitely be disturbed. Oh yes the receptionist is okay and helpfull.

Room is very damp, several times sounds of water disposal happened, wifi is weak, not good surrounding, kind a creepy, we check in very late around 11 then look for something to eat because the vietnam airlines didn't give food/snack which is already price included. After eating we check out moved to nearby hotel

Everything is good from service, location, access to the airport and others. It's just that the refrigerator doesn't work.

When booking is completed, there is no room at check in. Must wait until 6pm to have a room. The staff or hotel owner has a bad attitude. The toilet is extremely dirty and the floor is broken. Warning = should stay away from this hotel. The worst hotel I've ever encountered during more than 20 years of traveling in and out of the country. Very terrible hotel. Never recommended

very numb, with 4 rooms, there is 1 waiting room for 2 stars, 2 extra rooms for each room, for 3 rooms, until 6pm, still not enough 4 rooms, the list of other hotels to stay in, the staff is too bad

I promise to replace two long ones. Serve for the reception of the staff and the security guard. Reasonable price.
