ミナシ ハノイオイ レイクサイド ホテル

清潔感のある綺麗な部屋で、日本人旅行者でも全く問題なくオススメ出来るホテルです。場所も旧市街から近いため、スパや外食にも困りません。 ホテル付近も安全で男性であれば1人で動いても問題ありません。 無料朝食は特別美味しくはないですが、お腹を満たすには十分です。

ホアンキエム胡にも近く便利

ハノイ到着が23時過ぎの為、空港近くのホテルに泊まるか悩み、翌日からの行動を考え旧市街近辺のこちらのホテルに1泊する事にしました。 空港からの送迎も420000ドンでしてくれました。 客室はコンパクトですが清潔感かありました。 フロントスタッフも親切でした。 残念だったのは朝食が種類も少なく普通以下の味だった事です。 でもこれは外に朝食を食べに行けば解決すると思います。行きたかった女性博物館とMarouに直ぐ近く、値段の割に良いホテルでした。

Such wonderful staff! Really lovely room and great breakfast. The location is great too, 2 minute walk to the beautiful lake and 10/15 minute walk into the main old quarter area

It’s a lovely & cute hotel with an incredible kind and helpful staff and delicious cooking chefs which is really near to the Ho Hoan Kiem sea and 15 min walk to the old quarter.

Clean rooms, helpful staff and location is central in Hanoi

A well-located hotel close to the best areas of Hanoi. However, it was very noisy — we could hear voices from the room next door — and the property felt quite run-down. During breakfast, you could even see the area where they wash the dishes. The hotel has a lot of room for improvement!

Room smelled and there was a lot of cigarette smoke in the hallway. Lights in the hallway were turned off, so I had to use cell flashlight to find elevator and my room.

Overall it was comfortable and clean. The location is great. The staff are helpful. The only thing not so good is the walls are thin and can hear the neighbours talking on the phone and children crying. There was also noise from the water pipes when guest from other rooms are taking showers or flushing toilets.

Great location, with a wide walkable pavement at the front entrance. Quiet...assured of a good night's sleep! Safe...especially for solo female traveler. Professional staff, with smooth check-in and check-out. Sensitive to guest needs and very helpful.

This is a terrible hotel with no responsibility as a host and towards the guest! When I arrived at the hotel at around 10.30pm, the hotel is totally shut down and not in operation. I an totally stranded! I didn't even receive any email/message to inform me that the hotel is closed! I tried calling the 2 telephone numbers on the hotel website and 1st numbers is wrong & the 2nd number nobody pickup. I tried calling the telephone numbers indicated on Expedia confirmation itinerary. Tried many time before someone answered. I was then informed that he is an agent & not the hotel employee and will arrange me to stay at another hotel. This is the worse experience I had and I will never ever come back to this hotel.

We ended our 5 week trip at this hotel for a fiew days. Staff was so nice, hard working and attentive! The cook tried her best to get us the best breakfast possible, the front desk booked our Halong Bay trip and stored our luggage while we went to SaPa, they had hand sanitizer and masks (coronavirus) accessible... I have nothing bad to say about this hotel! I highly recommend!

Overall a great hotel that is worth every penny of my stay. Hanoi Oi is centrally located near the hoem kiem lake and around a 10 minute walk to Hanoi's old quarter & 5 minute walk to the French quarter. The hotel and room are clean, newly furnished and well maintained. As for facilities in the hotel, there is a pool but for the purpose of my trip, I just wanted a clean and convenient place where I can come back to from a long day and rest comfortably, which the hotel has achieved. The staff are very helpful - the receptionist gave me some free face masks for protection against the corona virus when she saw I didn't have any. If I come back to Hanoi I will have no problem staying at the Hanoi Oi hotel again.

The staff are so attentive. I would try and race them to the door so they didn’t feel the need to always open it for me. It’s great location. 5-10 min walk to the lake, old town and the weekend “markets” where they shut down the roads around the lake/old town. Highly recommended for a stay in a nice hotel.

Such a great place, nice rooms, great bed, splendid AC, as well as the breakfast, best I had in Vietnam And ot course the staff.

The hotel was in excellent condition and very clean. Our late check in was no problem. The breakfast was very good. The location was great for Hanoi. The staff helped us organize onward travel, though the communication was a little bit confusing. Overall it was a very good stay and we would stay here again.

We loved our stay. The location is amazing as it’s close to the main attractions and food spots. The hotel itself is quite new and decor is cute. Staff is very attentive and nice! As a bonus, their pho during breakfast is delicious :)

아주 최근에 오픈한 듯, 모든 가구 자재가 새것같고 깔끔합니다. 기본 트윈룸에 묵었더니 창문이 따로 없는게 아쉬웠지만 대부분의 호텔들이 그런 분위기여서 그러려니 했어요. 대신 길거리 소음이 들리지 않아 조용한 장점이 있고요. 로비엔 항상 세명 정도의 직원들이 상주해 있어서 드나들 때마다 문열어주고 안내해줘서 편리하고 대접받는 기분이었고, 조식 부페도 음료 과일 빵, 햄 종류 기본적인 건 다 있고 추가로 달걀이나 국수 요리도 즉석에서 해줘서 좋았습니다.
