ホテルはどこに行くにも便利なロケーションにあり、それでいて静かでとても落ち着ける環境です。そして何よりスタッフがフレンドリーでとても親切。中でもスタッフのAnaさんのホスピタリティには感動します。またぜひ泊まりに来たいホテルです。

ホテルのサービスは必要十分です。朝食も品数があり、満足いくものでした。 メインストリートからは離れていますが、その分静かに過ごすことができます。隣の部屋の声は多少聞こえます。

ホテルのスタッフのアナさんがとても明るく親切でフレンドリーです。ホスピタリティが最高です。 また、観光にもとても便利な場所にあり、しかも静か。また泊まりに来たいホテルです。

Considering all of conditions,it's affordable to stay. The location was very good and it's very easy to explore to most of the major places on foot.The building was not new but was properly maintained. Both of the receiptionists are nice and made some arrangements smoothly.I enjoyed the conversation with them.too. I heard some noise from the next room but it didn't make so much issues. One thing to raise the negative point is no partaion between my room and the next room at the barchony.

Sadly, this was a really terrible stay! I first want to start by saying that I think the staff at the hotel are great themselves and really try to provide warm hospitality. However, the hotel itself is very rundown. And very basic. A fan in the room, not air condition. Wires popping out and showing around. The way the hotel is designed there’s one big middle and room rooms are around the center of it so you can hear all noises at every moment. I could even hear coughing. The bathroom situation was a mess because it’s one big basin so anytime I would shower water got all over the place. Mosquitoes in the room, etc. I was expecting a more modern stay from the photos, but was quite disappointed and was really unhappy. I was only here for one night anything more and I wouldn’t have stayed. Additionally there was a lot of being sold too.here’s this tour. Here’s this show you can watch. Here’s this tailor you can go etc. not a fan and would not recommend. Location is good- yes! If you can overlook being uncomfortable at night,

Good location and very friendly staff

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, wir haben unseren Aufwendhalt sehr genossen. Attraktionen können direkt über das Hotel gebucht werden. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, die Altstadt und auch der Nachtmarkt können gut zu Fuß besichtigt werden.

Hotel was lovely, room was huge and staff ever so attentive

Good location. Good breakfast. Staff were very helpful and kind. Rooms were nice.

There were some nice aspects and it could have been a very good experiance, but the mouldy room wich had a humid rotting smell ruint it. We got welcomed with a cup of tea which was very nice, while a lady An was explaining us tour options that we could do. She got quite pushy to book one of here recommended tours which turned out were not worth the money at all. Nice tiels in the bathroom and great looking wooden furnitures in the room made it coosy but the rotten smell and the mould in the room made it a very unpleasent experiance.

The La An is a wee oasis in what can be a very busy Hoi An - especially if you are there at the same time as us (New Year). Hoi An can be super busy so it is great to have a place like the La An to retreat to. Anna, the hostess is lovely, very knowledgeable and friendly. She recommended the Memories of Hoi An show - unbelievably brilliant - if you go to Hoi An you must visit this - a fantastic spectacle that we only heard of through Anna. A brilliant hotel - I would recommend this to anyone

Everything bad

Excellent property, delicious breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms. Hot showers and the most comfortable bed/linen/pillows I’ve experienced in Vietnam:) definitely recommend and will be staying here again my next trip to hoi an

The hosts are so friendly, accommodating and super nice!

Very good location. The hotel personnel was fantastic. Anna took care of us better than anyone we have met in Vietnam. The rest of the staff was great as well.
