Staff are friendly but amenities no gd. No shampoo, hand wash n no one explained yo us how to use to have hot water till we asked. No floor mat at the toilet or inside the toilet as the floor was very slippery after bathing

the bed was comfortable; room was clean and air con worked well, staff were great I pulled a leg muscle during the morning and the staff could not help me anymore than they did

Staff members are very good and very helpful. Anna and donna were very nice and helpful to me.Thankyou both

Room was decent couldn’t shut window so mosquitos keep coming in and shower runs but not really well. No shampoo or body wash thankfully we bought some with us. But it’s a place to sleep and breakfast was good.

非常に便利な場所で、オールドタウンやナイトマーケットの散策に最高の立地でした。 プールを楽しみにしていましたが、利用時間内にも関わらず照明が消えており、ひっそりとしていて利用して良いものか不安になりました。 そしてプールの水温は低かったです。でも、プールからはトゥボン川や夜空が眺められ、楽しかったです。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで寛ぐ事ができました。部屋のバルコニーもステキでした。オススメです。

Loved it

Start with the good: it is an easy walk to the night market and close to old town. The okay: The staff was very friendly and helpful……but, we got the hard sell on tour sign up and using their tailor shop. And then there was the bad: the VIP suite was on the fourth floor. There is no elevator at this hotel. The bathroom was carved out of the room and had glass shower walls and no locking door. Shower curtain was moldy paint pealing, shower faucet broken. Pay no attention to the pool in the brochure. You won’t want to be in it. It is ok, not great. It is bad if you are paying $60 USD per night, which we did. This is a $20-$30 per night hotel based on our Vietnam travel experience. We will not return

Staff is wonderful. Location is perfect, close but also shielded from the night life noise. Bed is comfortable and AC works. Bit of a mosquito issue, had to hunt 4 down when I arrived, but if you keep the bathroom door shut they don’t get into the room.

Sadly, this was a really terrible stay! I first want to start by saying that I think the staff at the hotel are great themselves and really try to provide warm hospitality. However, the hotel itself is very rundown. And very basic. A fan in the room, not air condition. Wires popping out and showing around. The way the hotel is designed there’s one big middle and room rooms are around the center of it so you can hear all noises at every moment. I could even hear coughing. The bathroom situation was a mess because it’s one big basin so anytime I would shower water got all over the place. Mosquitoes in the room, etc. I was expecting a more modern stay from the photos, but was quite disappointed and was really unhappy. I was only here for one night anything more and I wouldn’t have stayed. Additionally there was a lot of being sold too.here’s this tour. Here’s this show you can watch. Here’s this tailor you can go etc. not a fan and would not recommend. Location is good- yes! If you can overlook being uncomfortable at night,

Good location and very friendly staff

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, wir haben unseren Aufwendhalt sehr genossen. Attraktionen können direkt über das Hotel gebucht werden. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, die Altstadt und auch der Nachtmarkt können gut zu Fuß besichtigt werden.
