Very comfortable staying and beautiful garden makes us relaxed,staffs were also very nice and friendly. We will definitely chose here again when we come back to Sapa.

Nice hotel on a little hill, amazing spread at breakfast. It is quieter and more remote on the hill. Unless you like shopping on the streets, then stay in the hotels in the city central.

Le personnel était très attentionné, l’hôtel très propre, le petit déjeuner était varié, vraiment je n’ai rien à redire. Le centre est également à quelques minutes à pied, vous n’aurez donc pas besoin de taxi ou de prendre les transports en communs. N’hésitez pas !

This hotel is beautiful inside out. The moment you arrive at the hotel, the lobby was beautiful, clean and greeted with friendly staff. Checking in was easy and quick. We had a family connecting room which was spacious, clean, convenient with kids, and with a beautiful mountain view. Breakfast was amazing with variety of delicious food to choose and drinks. The garden and pathways were beautiful and well maintained.

Really nice hotel with amazing views and amenities

De accommodatie ziet er geweldig uit met een fantastisch uitzicht op de bergen! Het terrein is op een berg gebouwd. Het bestaat uit meerdere bouwen die volledig in dezelfde style zijn. Ook de tuinen en de padden zijn mooi en netjes met hier en daar een fontein en een waterloop. Alles past goed bij elkaar en is het een mooi geheel. Ze doen veel om het in top staat te houden, want er zijn veel mensen bezig met het onderhoud. Dit gaf geen overlast. De medewerkers zijn zeer vriendelijke en behulpzaam wat je ook mag verwachten van een hotel van dit niveau. Enig min punt was de dame bij het inchecken. Het is duidelijk dat ze heel druk is met van alles. Hierdoor doe ze alles met een hoog tempo, zo ook het inchecken en de informatie geven van alle mogelijkheden. Als je, zo als wij, vermoeid bent van het reizen, is het lastig volgen van zo’n hoeveelheid informatie. Als je vervoer wilt om naar bezienswaardigheden te gaan kunnen ze dat regelen, maar dit kan je beter zelf doen!! We hebben hier 1 keer gebruik van gemaakt en achteraf bleek dat wanneer we een Grap hadden genomen we 3 keer minder hadden betaald. De prijs was ook een beetje natte vinger werk. Het was van;” doen maar 300000 of 400000….” Grap van 80000 geweest. De kamers gaan door op het niveau van wat je vanaf de buitenkant al ziet. Hele mooie kamers met ook hele mooi routes ernaar toe. Vooral de bedden kunnen niet beter! Heel groot en liggen heerlijk. We hebben de nachten daar als een blok geslapen😴😴

A super attentive staff makes sure you're having a great stay. Rooms are fab (we had mountain view),breakfast buffet knocks it outta the park and we treated ourselves to spa packages...wowzah,a treat! We'd stay again

This hotel is beautiful but for the price compared to others in the area it is not worth it. Every this at this hotel seemed to be an extra charge. It is not kids friendly because everything is too fancy.

Very nice resort

This hotel is amazing! The hotel complex is made beautifully with landscaping and when there is fog, the place looks mystical. But our experience could have been better. We booked Mountain View rooms and while the room was well appointed, a bit luxurious even, we did NOT get the Mountain View we expected because a few buildings were blocking that view! The saving grace is the balcony with roses blooming and welcomed the fog that kept those buildings hidden. We enjoyed their amenities - we played billiards, enjoyed swimming too. The swimming pool was beautiful, it was supposedly heated but no, it’s not really. If you position yourself in front of the ‘jets’ you feel some warm water flow but not enough to heat the pool. At least the view through the surrounding glass was beautiful. There is also complimentary use of their Karaoke rooms which we made good use of but a bit disappointed with the almost non existent food you can order (only French fries was available). Their buffet breakfast was good, many choices both international and local food. What shines through are their excellent hotel staff! It is clear how much effort they put in ensuring hotel guests are served well! And by the way, there is complimentary shuttle to town. If you are taking a VIP bus from Hanoi, the bus stops at their own area/ office but they will arrange for a drop off directly to your hotel if it’s located in town. This hotel arranged for a pick up too!
