It's overall unkind. And the interior is renovated and somewhat clean but there were mosquitoes and fly in room. Also, there were cats and chickens outside. About staff, there was only one who is kindness. And, why do not they do housekeeping everyday?

クリスマスに二泊しました。空港からホテルまでタクシーで7ドル、スーツケース4ドルです。丘の上にありますが、ダウンタウンまで歩くことができます。レストランは夜景が綺麗で評判もいいみたいでしたが、予約できませんでした。部屋は清潔で備品も揃って快適でしたが、お湯の温度が低かったこと、エレヴェーターがない棟で荷物を自分たちで運ぶのは大変でした。値段を考えると満足できるホテルでした。

We have stayed at Bluebeards Castle on multiple occasions and find it to be very nice and in a central location

Staff at Blubeard were more than helpful and very friendly. The room was exactly as pictured with a great view. They made my fiancés birthday trip amazing!

The views were amazing. We were able to watch the cruise ships in port as well as downtown. Our villa was large and clean. The towel exchange was very easy. There were a lot of steps, which we knew about before, but if mobility is an issue, it could be difficult to navigate. The restaurant on site needs much better signage as their hours of operation could be confusing. The bar/restaurant area was understaffed most of the week we were there. The servers who were there worked very hard and were very good. It was off-putting, especially when we’re weren’t sure where to sit for the meals. The food was very good. The pool and sundeck area was great. Plenty of chairs and a nice shade area. The pool was clean, but it was only 3.5 ft deep. So, if you’re looking for more than wading, it will be a disappointment. The hot tub is small, but adequate. We had a great week and would stay again if we returned to St Thomas. Please add a water filling station…it was hot and we had to bother the bartenders for water. We both felt the front deck staff was not very friendly or welcoming. When we checked out, we didn’t even receive a THANK YOU. However, one clerk gave us a bottle of water because the store did not have any in stock. The store was marginal at best. The staff working the front entrance (bellmen?) were EXCELLENT they were always friendly and helpful. Taxi’s were plentiful and timely. We had a great week. Thank you.

Poor check-in procedures.

Our suite was perfect with a beautiful view of the emerald waters of Charlotte Amalie! Highly recommend!

The unit could have been cleaner. The overall appearance was a bit dirty. Baseboards needed cleaning and there was urine around the base of the toilet. The front desk attendant was also very rude to my husband when he asked a question.

Excellent stay

We had a flood in our kitchen one night from a clogged drain outside, and we were on the bottom floor, and they didn't even come to clean it up, we had to, nor did they offer to move us. Also, the staff was not very friendly. We would never stay here again.

The best part about this property was the view from the pool deck. .the pool bar staff were helpful and friendly. They are not owned by the hotel The staff at the hotel were terrible. They acted like you you were bothering them and constantly on their cell phones.

The room was spacious and clean. The property was attractive and if you are driving, there seemed to be plenty of parking. I was able to catch a shuttle to the airport for a modest fee. The restaurant on the premises served delicious food but the service was neutral (neither good nor bad).

so this property isn't in a very walkable location. it's on a hill so it's nearly impossible to go up and down by foot. i enjoyed my stay for the most part although the property could have been a little bit more clean. the staff was great though

We absolutely loved the staff, property, and our room with an amazing view! The only area of concern is the steep entry driveway up to the property with numerous potholes.
