安いからと割り切って利用すべき

We were given one washcloth when we asked for another was told had to wait 2 days to receive any type of room service. The television only broadcasted in Spanish. The sheets and pillow cases had stains upon arrival.

Very Disappointing Stay at Starz Hotel My stay at Starz was a terrible experience due to constant noise and poor management. I had reserved a single queen room with a microwave and fridge, but upon arrival, I was told none were available and was given a double-bed room instead. The room was clean, but extremely cramped with two beds and a table leaving almost no space to move around. The real nightmare was the unbearable noise from the nightclub next door—which, I was told, is owned by the same people as the hotel. Every night, subwoofers and drums blasted until around 4:00 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. Despite my repeated requests for some quiet or relief, nothing was done. To make things worse, there’s no staff available after midnight. The front desk operates only from 10 a.m. to midnight, so if you need help or face an emergency overnight, you’re on your own. I would never stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone seeking rest or peace during their visit to St. Thomas.

They have bed bugs. Me an my partner stayed for her birthday overnight & we woke up with all kinds bites on our body.

Hotel is in a convenient area, close to the ports and shoppong areas

Customer Service was not great. It can improve. Other than that the hotel is great and the room súper organized and clean. Love the goodies and the drinks

We stayed one night before getting on our catamaran. Everything was as stated and worked great for the night.

Zero amenities. Restaurant was closed. Front desk staff contradicted eachother, they should all go by the same policies.

If I had the ability, I would give this establishment 0 stars. It was the worst place I encountered during my vacation. Let's begin with the rooms - the bed in 301 was terrible it’s like you were sleeping on plastic it keep making noise at night. The pillow was so uncomfortable They also do not provide washcloths, only towels. The constant slamming of doors made it impossible to get any sleep..

Great stay especially for an airport departure. Property was well cared for and clean.

Not a 24/7 service, if you are late for your check in, you are in trouble, i was at 10 pm at the hotel they were closed had to look around for another hotel, waste of time and money do not recommend

Room hot and not comfortable

Starz hotel is noisy because the Starz hotel is located close to bar and most off people are drunk. Starz hotel doesn’t have safe parking and if you park here it’s very risky. Room doesn’t have a refrigerator. The room’s door wasn’t locked. Starz hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Front desk need customer service training. Nice location Casino never opened for 2 nights

Being charge $100 deposit for if you broken any item in the room but room mini fridge was full of water ,and someone clothes was left in the room and there is no light on the phone in the room because the phone is broken.
