Safe, very clean and the property was wonderfully designed.

I have been here many times before and this time the staff was not very friendly. The room was great. when I first got there I had to tighten the toilet seat because I thought it was going to fall off but I didn’t do it when I left. My sister‘s hair bled on one of the towels Since she dyed her hair before we got there and they kept $50 of my deposit. No explanation of the reason why so I’m guessing that’s it since the room was left very clean and all trash in the bag. As much as I like the area that it is in because it’s close to everything I think I will look elsewhere next time I go.

At only about $100 a day it served the purpose. Room was clean no bugs as said in other reviews. Staff was nice. We stayed on the 3rd floor with a communal balcony. It's on a regular street. No fantastic view. But it was comfortable. Modern. Very small. Refrigerator microwave. Shower was clean. The bed was just ok. No real casino. Jus a couple slot machines. No restaurant at least while we were th here. It was fine. Street parking in the back if you have a car

I arrived on time to check in but my room was not ready for an additional 2 hrs. Also the front desk made a error on my deposit and charged me double the deposit amount and then refused to refund me. I was refunded half the amount.

Upon check-in, I was informed of an additional $100 charge, described as a “deposit,” though elsewhere it’s referred to as a “mandatory cleaning fee.” It would be more transparent to simply include this in the room rate. What’s more frustrating is that the fee seems unjustified considering the condition of the room. There were visible stains on the pillowcases, the bed wasn’t properly made, and the bathroom towels—supposedly clean—had stains and even someone else’s hair on them. The “bath mat” was literally just a towel cut in half, and the pillows felt like they were stuffed with old toy filling. I’m honestly not sure what the cleaning fee is supposed to cover, because the room was far from clean when I arrived.

No one to check out at 7 in the morning. Loud music at night.

The room was super clean. I really wish they offered coffee or had coffee makers in the room. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Poor to nothing front desk service, not even call a taxi for you, asked for a hair dryer, hot water, all answers were no…… it is supposed to be a non smoking facility but the smell told us something totally different. No room service in 2 days Location is close to downtown but area isn’t nice specially at night. Description is not accurate.

I didn’t like the parking availability. And the rooms were tiny. The bathroom is nice. And I’m still waiting for my deposit to bounce back on my account. It’s been 5 days.

Service was not convenient and house keeping only comes every three days to clean and give you sheets and towels. Parking lot area were limited due to car rentals . The receptionist was very rude and not helpful, didn’t greet you and kept an attitude, like I was not supposed to ask questions about my room or stay at the hotel. In all I did not like the hotel and I will not be booking any rooms through that hotel. Horrible

Room was clean. Air Conditioner was good. Not enough daily dry towels No wash cloth at all.

This was a very basic room with no frills. But it did appear to be very clean.

They don’t give you wash clothes , they fill you up with just towels . They made us change on our sheets and our toilet got clogged and they waited hours befor sending someone to fix it . Not helpful at all and i don’t recommend

It was different. I see why the cost was what it was. No water pressure either

There was terribly loud music coming from the bar at midnight. However, as soon as I complained, they turned if off.
