First of all this is not a 24/7 hands on place at all. The front desk only works from 8am to 10 pm. So if you have anything that you need you won't get it. If the pipe burst, need towels, light bulb you won't be able to get anything ontil that time. So emergency around that time isn't available. Outside my room iheard a loud bang. It was glass that was broken by whom I don't know I was too scared to go and find out. That happened the 2nd night. They need to make that gate higher anyone can jump over that gate or find a way over. It'slike soon you go up those stairs the room is right there. At times the gatewould be open. This place can be a whole lot better. I am shocked at Expedia for recommending this place at all. The staff was helpful in the day when they are around. I have never come across a place like that before. First and Last Time!!!!

Room 304 has commen balkoney just outside room - narrow sliding door in between. 2 feet between bed and seating in this commen balkoney. This giving curtains must be closed for pricicy giving no natural light or view outside view from room. In relation to price unacceptable. No price reduction offered or excuse given when we put forward the issue. Refrigerator and coffe machine but no cups, classes, butteled water or other nesseseries available.

Air conditioning was effective. Needs better parking

Very small accommodations… it was fine for a quick one night day, but I wouldn’t recommend more than one night.

be careful with this hotel my stay was prepaid and now i have to dispute the charges on my visa still not refund cause they put extra charges on my visa

room was clean and there was a tv and coffee maker, otherwise it was AWFUL. The parking was not safe for my elderly parents to navigate. There was no elevator, and my mom had a terrible time on the stairs. No hot water for showers. There was trash in the refrigerator. Restaurant was a room, not enough seating for the 4 of us. Extremely loud people outside and in hallways. Someone even tried to enter our room in middle of the night. It was worst experience ever.

Excellent stay. They also rent cars which made it so convenient! Will definitely go back!

The hotel is located in a bad, sketchy area and I did not feel safe during my stay. The room lacked basic amenities such as a safe, microwave, glasses, and tea/coffee facilities. The shower water temperature fluctuated between cold and warm, with very poor water pressure, and there was no shampoo provided. Additionally, there were problems with the electricity.

Not a pleasant stay.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was that the walls are pretty thin so if someone in the room next to you is having a loud conversation or watching the tv you will hear it all.

Proximity to Crown Bay Marina was very convenient, while lackluster, still an enjoyable stay and extremely accommodating staff

Starz is in a shady area to begin with, but the amenities are a joke. For starters, there is no place to park unless you park on a very steep/narrow hill which either blocks you or someone else in. We ended up parking on the sidewalk. There is no elevator, so regardless of what floor you are on, you will be dragging your luggage up stairs. The casino/bar/restaurant is so small and the air conditioning was blasting. There is barely any seating. I can't speak to the menu or food because we walked in, looked around, and walked right back out. Our room had the smallest "queen

The room was clean and updated. There is an attached bar and grill. It is small but has nice staff and good food. The hotel also has a nicely lit courtyard where we sat and had a couple drinks. The parking is limited and there is a noisy nightclub next door. Good place to stay for a night or two.

Staff were nice and friendly. The room seems renovated lately and clean. Not a lot of parking but the location is easy to find.

Teniamos hasta las 10 de la noche para entrar, pues se supone que segun el contrato teníamos hasta las 10pm, pero la persona se fué a las 8:45 y nadie nos pudo ayudar, a esa hora nos tuvimos que ir y dormir en el auto hasta el otro dia, suerte que Orbitz nos devolviò el dinero mas me dieron 100 adicional por el mal rato

Staff were friendly. My room smelled moldy. I used a T-shirt to cover my face during the stay. It was close to the airport which was a good thing. Water and soda were in the room which I thought was nice. No bath towel was assigned to my room. Was a good stay but wouldn’t return. There was a bar and casino in the same complex.

My room was very clean and the staff were very friendly! Car rental was affordable and easily handled at the front desk!
