Great location, friendly and easy check in, lovely beds and everything you need in the rooms, lovely restaurant we had tea and breakfasts here, both beautiful nice outdoor area overlooking the sea, id 100% recommend and will be staying again

the property itself was filthy and smelly the room had a terrible smell when we asked for a room freshener they said they don’t have one

Excellent hotel, very welcoming by the hotel manager. Slightly let down by the restaurant as there were small portions for the price. Food quality was good but not as good as could be such a nice hotel.

Overall great experience!! However Beds can be little better as they were not comfortable especially in family rooms.

Quick easy check in. Good location. Room was clean and had everything we needed, towels, hairdryer, shower gels, shampoo etc. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was included in our stay which was a continental and then the friendly staff take your order for any cooked items.

Lovely hotel overlooking both the coastline and the Little Orme. Need car to get into Llandudno. The hotel has a large carpark. The room was spacious and clean. Hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful. The food was of a high standard and well presented. Would recommend and will visit again.

Birreria molto bella (dentro e fuori) e anche il salone per la colazioni. Le camere pero scomode da raggiungere con corridoi labirintici, finestra senza vista e arredamento triste e con un po di odore. Anche il bagno molto bruttino. Sopravvalutato

Very nice views of the bay, but… the staff was rude, rooms were dusty and bathroom had mold. Remote for TV was broken and TV reception was basically unusable. For the price we expected a little better quality and respect from the staff. For dinner, we waited for 1/2 hour to order, then another hour for food. When we finally received our food, it was obvious the food had been sitting for quite some time with dried up meat and gravy. After complaining, the manager removed it from our bill. Wife and daughter both upset at this point.

Attentive staff, good sized car park, food was nice and quickly delivered. Atmosphere was also nice. Great views. Lots of sockets in the room. Downside, no shelf near the sink, in that bathroom, to put your stuff and no fridge.

Last minute weekend away with hubby resulted in finding this gem. Gorgeous views, including the sunset over the bay. Well worth a visit.
