Since the magnetivcs of the card key is not warkble , it was often rewritten.The reception desk gave me sightseeing infomation in various ways.The room was comfortably maintaind and the shower was comfortable.Toilet seat was very low. You should not choose breakfast.

Very basic facilities, ok for a quick stop over. Bathroom facilities not suitable for tall people (my husband is 6"5). Room was tidy but general hotel cleanliness not great. Staff very nice and helpful.

Staff friendly.. called a taxi for us ! room was basic but very clean! Breakfast was lovely ( continental)

Great budget hotel. Extremely comfortable beds. Great choice for breakfast. Could put do with some more marked car parking spaces

The whole experience was not very pleasant

Convenient location just off the M4. Clean and comfortable, good breakfast. Had the added bonus of a charge point for our car, charging at domestic speed.

Relaxed stay for business

Basic room, did the job. Good shower pressure, enough parking. Cheap, cheerful, did exactly what I needed.

Easy parking and ev charging, walkable to harvester pub, chip shop. Chinese takeaway, Pizza , Tesco and subway store.

I would not recommend this hotel. We were so uncomfortable we left after 15 minutes and checked into a premier inn in Cardiff which was miles better. Just avoid!

Breakfast is budget so do not expect much but it’s ok for cost. Rooms are not the tidiest or modern but again for cost they meet their expectations

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Fresh towels provided and tea and instant coffee.Shower was in a cubicle in the room itself,so you step out of shower into bedroom, its a very basic ,budget set up.Toilet is separate door. No sitting area only a plastic stool. I was on top floor right next to lift,a little noisy in corridor ,comings and goings and the lift pinging. The room was very warm but as its right on m4 you cannot have windows open as its so very noisy.Heating and cooling is centrally operated so you aren't in control. Truthfully the room was a little run down.Cigarette burns on windowsill, chipped paint and not all lighting was working(complicated switches). Breakfast was cold continental style ,ham cheese croissants ,cereals etc.Was ok. Coffee was nice. Staff all very friendly and helpful, lady on reception said I should have requested a fan.Ill know in future . There was plenty of parking but I had to park quite a distance from door so im glad I didn't have alot of bags. All in all a basic budget hotel in a very noisy motorway.Ok in an emergency but I wouldn't like to stay longer than 1 night.

We wanted a place to stay near our friend wjom we were visiting and this was the closest we could find. But I will never come back to this hotel. The room was very small, ac with hot air , tried to open windows and sleep but the traffic noise was a lot. Bed was not comfortable pillows were really bad - developed backache and neck ache after the stay. We wanted a room just to sleep after roaming around but didn’t get any sleep. The price we payed is too much for such poor amenities - rather should have gone for a cheaper hostel- it felt like that.

Budget but for the 59.99 price it was just what I needed I’d stay there again definitely

The hotel was very tired and could do with a renovation, mattresses were very old and not the most comfortable. Plenty of parking however people parking in disabled bays without a blue badge. The staff were very helpful and friendly. You get what you pay for and this is a budget hotel, and suited our needs.
