good hotel. I had good rest while I stayed there. but actually they have no parking as their property. but we could park our rental car on the road around the hotel, and most of tourists were did so. single rooms are bit narrow. but not so unconvinient. perhaps reserve again if I have a chance to visit there.

朝ごはんが充実していて美味しかったです。従業員さんもフレンドリーでした。エレベーターがついていたので、大きい荷物があっても大丈夫です。

ベッドが小さい以外は快適でした。日曜日の朝食が今ひとつでした。

Easy check in. Room ready even though we arrived early. Lovely comfy clean room. Friendly staff.

Thoroughly enjoyed are staying here again. Staff are lovely and sitting having drinks each night, rather than venturing out was ideal.

Great break with lovely friendly staff. The doggy diner should only be for people with dogs and not for guests to play trivia pursuit whilst we eat. This was the only place we could eat with our dog, but the couple were so annoying, that we ate in our room and didn't bother to dine again.

The room was very clean and tidy. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

On arrival, the guy on reception was great - funny and welcoming. He wished me a Happy Birthday and gave us lots of info. The Deluxe Double is lovely decor, clean and fresh and facing the sea -whats not to like?! The room had a coffee machine and a little fridge with some great extras....although they might want to add a decaf coffee pod to the machine. I didn't use it as I can't cope with full caffeine and I think alot of people are the same these days. The room was nice and dark but I couldn't sleep because the pillows were so lumpy. It was like sleeping on a sack of potatoes....so that was a downer. Then, next morning, the breakfast service wasn't great either. They were really rushing us through the process and brought the cooked breakfast out when we'd only just started our cereal. I sent it back until we were ready but it was a bit dry upon return. I offered feedback on the pillows on checkout to a woman called Sophie who genuinely couldn't have cared less. She just stared at me about the pillows with no comment and then just played the defensive card with every excuse under the sun. Do people not understand that if there was a bit of empathy I would have left it there but her attitude made the whole thing worse! Customer Service is an art form, but Llandudno Bay didn't cut it unfortunately. I've done that job myself and when customers feel listened to, it makes a big difference. So, none of the issues are massive but left a sour note. 2nd visit but possibly the last!

Our second visit to this hotel. Excellent for location decor cleanliness and lovely friendly staff and for us pet friendly and our dog had a great time too. We will return

Lovely hotel, very comfortable, great staff. Location excellent, right on the seafront (but quiet), and walking distance to restaurants, theatre and shopping. Thank you, we hope to return.

Staff were all so friendly and accommodating. Room was perfect, restaurant food was extremely good. Overall loved it and will be back

The hotel has stunning views of the sea, checking in was easy and the room was comfortable with a very large bed, complimentary tea tray with all the usual items with t he addition of earplugs ( very handy) and eye mask. The bathroom had Elemis products which were lovely and everything was clean and tidy. We had breakfast the next morning which was delicious and set us in good stead for the day. I would definitely come back.

Room was spotless and comfortable. Lovely views too. My cockapoo was in her element looking out of the window. Check in was easy and very informative.
