Great location, handy for restaurants, bars and the promenade with lovely views across the bay. The property was easy to acces, the instructions were clear and the accommodation was just what we needed.

5 b - Top floor and lovely view over Mumbles/Swansea Bay. The room is very spacious - living room facilities, small kitchenette area (fridge and kettle, simple breakfast items of yoghurt, cereal, juice and welsh cakes, fresh milk and tea and coffee included), huge comfy bed, lovely bathroom and shower. All very clean. 4th stay at this property.

What a lovely place to stay, we stayed for one night and I wish it could have been longer! The room was incredibly spacious and so was the bathroom, the location was perfect and communication from the owners was brilliant. They were especially helpful when I called with a question. Although there’s no parking on site, we found a parking spot just down the road so no issue at all. I’d certainly recommend staying here!

Lovely big room and big bed. Bottom sheet not quite big enough. Great location, easy walk to sea, shops and restaurants. Uphill and lots of steps not an issue for us but maybe for some.

What can I say, reading the reviews you think yeh yeh, but believe everything you read because it’s all true, the attention to detail is spot on, I don’t usually sleep properly away from home but the bed is so huge and comfy! I was lucky with parking ,with being there mid week, if you walk down the driveway and turn right about 2-3 minutes walk on the other side of the road there’s a free car park.

Beautiful view across Swansea Bay from the room which was light and airy. Loved the bath and shower, very spacious accommodation.

Easy to follow directions regarding checkin-check out. My room (2b) was large, with a big bed, and couch at the foot of the bed facing a TV and the floor to ceiling window. There was also a small dining table with two chairs. The bathroom was spacious with separate shower and bath. Everything worked and was clean. I think good value. The location was perfect, with walkable restaurants and bars close by.

We had a fantastic stay at Patrick’s Boathouse. The hosts were extremely accommodating, the room was great and really spacious with a super comfy bed. A simple breakfast was available in the room. I would definitely recommend and stay again if I was in Mumbles.

Great location, good size room. Nice to have breakfast cereals, juice, etc. Huge bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The property owner obviously thought of every need one might have. From the towels to the tea to the nicely stocked breakfast. We had a wonderful view from 5B, a super bed and it was quiet. Along the stair landings were books, dog biscuits, wine corkscrews and even a sewing kit. A big thanks to Patrick.
