Lovely touch to have beach towels in foyer for dogs & sandy toes. Good variety of food for breakfast, different teas, dog treats & different cereal in hall. Such a comfortable bed & spacious bathroom. Staff very accomdating. Highly recommend a stay there

Great location but not for the less mobile due to slope to entrance and stairs

Very central, convenient location. Extremely spacious room and bathroom. Well thought out extras, such as wine glasses, corkscrew, first aid kit. Extremely nice gesture of breakfast and juice. Fresh milk. We got there slightly early, I phoned and asked if it would be ok to check in, answered promptly and no problem with early check in. Free on-street parking very nearby. The beach at The Mumbles is not far and very picturesque. Thoroughly recommend Patrick’s Boathouse.

Our 2nd stay at Patrick's & we'll definitely be back again. Ideal location in Mumbles. Large rooms & love the breakfast items in your room.

Wow! What a gem. This was a fantastic place to stay, just nestled off the mumbles road, our room had a lovely view of the bay from the Juliet balcony. The owners were so accommodating and very friendly. The room was huge, with a large bathroom with bath and shower and plenty of towels and two robes. The room had an area with large fridge, kettle and some cereal, yoghurt, orange juice, milk and delicious Welsh cakes. The location was perfect for exploring the Mumbles and coastal path over to Langland bay. I would thoroughly recommend this place!!!

Lovely view from window. Very spacious room, with a lovely spacious bath/ shower room Located in a nice area of mumbles. Parking would £17 per day. Which could be a problem for longer stay.

Fabulous place to stay - clean, spacious room/bathroom with lovely views. Lots of nice places to eat nearby and lovely coastal. To Note - there is no on site parking and access is via a steep driveway followed by flights of stairs to rooms if you have disabilities or an older dog.

Lovely place to stay. Lovely to have fresh mild in the fridge. Would stay again if in the area.

The room was amazing. The only complaint would be parking. But the host made that problem known to us before we arrived. We had tonpay another 17 pounds for parking.

Loved the retro furniture. A bit over pink but great facilities etc. parking a struggle but just need to be patient.

Quite hard to find. Street parking difficult. Good self-service breakfast. Good views from our top floor flat.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal hier. Leider hatten wir auch bei diesem Aufenthalt Probleme zum Erhalten des Zugangcodes. Hotel.com hätte uns den zustellen sollen gemäss Vermieterin. Leider klappte dies schon wieder nicht. Wir mailten direkt Patricks Boathouse, erhielten den Code und konnten so problemlos ins Zimmer. Gutes WiFi und TV. Liebevolle, farblich abgestimmtes, grosszügiges Zimmer mit einem grossen, sehr bequemen Bett. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls sehr gross mit einer gut funktionierenden Dusche und einer Badewanne. Es stehen viele Pflegeprodukte zur Verfügung. Auf und im Kühlschrank ist ein einfaches Frühstück ohne Brot , Butter oder Müesli. Es hat aber Kaffee/Tee, Milch, Orangensaft, etwas Marmelade, Welsh cakes, Yoghurts und einige Cerealien. Bei der Unterkunft direkt hat es keine Parkplätze, jedoch unten bei der Hauptstrasse. Ladestationen für E-Autos hat es weiter vorne beim Leuchtturm.

Lovely clean spacious accommodation. Everything you need. Big comfy bed. Great location near to restaurants etc Very peaceful. Managed to park nearby each day. Highly recommend.

Parking was very difficult. We were warned in advance, but almost impossible to find on a weekend. Otherwise, very nice stay with everything we needed. Nice touches with toiletries items, books, coffee service etc if needed.

Lovely building and room with a brilliantly big bed and view out of the balcony. There were just a couple of points which made it less than perfect. The waterfall shower was great however the normal shower head did not work which was irritating as I wanted to keep my hair dry. It was also advertised with Expedia as having a continental breakfast included. This was not the case. We had 2 small bottles of orange juice and a couple of small packets of cereal (like you find in a variety pack) and a pre packaged welshcake each. I was expecting a bit more considering the price we paid for the stay and had to go out for breakfast instead. There is a fridge in the room so I dont know why they didn't stock it with more items?
