This hotel is surrounded by many shop, restaurants, and bars, closed to Swansea station with walking of 10 minutes to reach. Also a large supermarket can be found around it. The room was large and the bathroom had a large bathtub with enough hot water. The staffs was quite helpful and kind with good smiling face.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr zentral.
Das Hotelzimmer ist jedoch schon abgenutzt (fleckiger Teppichboden, Stockflecken an den Vorhängen) und auch nicht sehr sauber. Die Türen der Hotelzimmer fallen sehr laut zu. Man hört sowohl Zimmernachbarn als auch die Jugendlichen die draußen auf der Strasse täglich grölend vorbeiziehen.

Single rooms are a good saving for a coach driver waiting over a weekend. The room had everything I needed & a nice view. Not flashy, but well maintained. The only downsides were that the TV required paying an outside provider, however with excellent WiFi, I just used U-Tube & BBC Sounds on my mobile phone. Also the cup was a bit small for my requirements.

The hotel requires a £150 deposit! In cash you get it a checkout once the room hss been checked, use a credit card and it will be refunded within 3- 5 days! Totally unacceptable I am not a room wrecker and it is not Falaraki! Also I paid extra for a Superior room.not sure what was superior about it - would not stay again.

My first stay was very impressive and reasonably quiet considering the city centre location in the middle of swanseas night life. Everything you need within easy walking distance. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was only there for one night playing in a weekend sporting competion. I deal for a covenient place to get your head down, nothing fancy it is what is. Highly recommended.

I have never seen such a small single bed in my life not only was extremely uncomfortable but trying to lie down on it was like trying to lie on a rope. My arms and shoulders had nothing to rest on as the bed was so narrow.

Although the hotel was satisfactory, I was somewhat disappointed with the £100 deposit. While I understand that such deposits are customary, it would have been beneficial if the hotel had explicitly indicated that contactless payment was not an option. The only payment methods available were chip and pin or card number. Fortunately, I had my card number readily available, as I would have been unable to check in without it. In 2024, it is perplexing that contactless payment is not a standard feature.

The staff were friendly. Basic hotel accommodation. Very clean and well maintained. Decor a bit dated.
The only down side was the very thin duvet and no extra blankets or duvets available in the room.
