This hotel is surrounded by many shop, restaurants, and bars, closed to Swansea station with walking of 10 minutes to reach. Also a large supermarket can be found around it. The room was large and the bathroom had a large bathtub with enough hot water. The staffs was quite helpful and kind with good smiling face.

Central to town and all shops , pubs , restaurants. Arrived early and they looked after our bags until check in time . Nice breakfast in room following morning Comfortable stay Tea, coffee etc in room 1 double and 1 single bed in room

Wasn't expecting too much from our stay at The Dolphin hotel Swansea as it wasn't expensive and only classed as 3*. The receptionist was very friendly, efficient and welcoming. We did mention that we were in Swansea to celebrate my partner's birthday but wasn't offered anything as a free upgrade which would have been a nice treat. Having worked in hotels myself in the past this is something that can result in repeat business. The furniture was very dated and worn in appearance and the carpet was coming away from the walls. However the room was spotlessly clean. It suited us for what we needed and depending upon the price we would book there again

Very clean room

Good location in the center of town, amazing staff very welcoming and was able to have a laugh with them. Room was a average hotel room but a bit out of date. Shower was good good to use. Some stains on the bath. Mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and wallpaper coming off. Light's could be cleaned abit better. Other then that a great 2 night stay.

Rooms should be refreshed and carpet should be taken out.

Stains on bed linen, long walk from nearest car park

guy on reception didnt ask for my payment on check in, half and hour later knocked on my room door whilst I was sleeping saying I should have paid, he didnt ask me! I thought he would ask on check out then.

Room was comfortable and clean as was the whole hotel always enjoy there with its central position

Prices reflects what you pay. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Place is dates and could use some love and tender care. Breakfast was not special. Coffee was not good and the meal was very basic. Better to go outside for breakfast for better value for your money.

Did not take the breakfast option. Very handy for amenities.

Close to shops and transit

The hotel was clean and room was very good. Slept good. Only thing was tub was too high for me with an injured knee. One of the reading lights didn’t work. Front desk staff very friendly, cheerful and quite efficient on checking in. I would stay at this hotel again.
