Lovely spot and location!

Hotel is a bit outdated. Room was tidy and clean

I do not like sleeping on bamboo sheets!! It is my only complaint.

This was a comfortable stay as we waited to take the ferry out the next morning. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms—and a nice view of the harbor during sunset!

Hotel is a it dated for the price but ok. It was nice to have a pool for everyone to enjoy though.

Parking has always been safe and convenient Restaurant has very limited hours and selection But hotel is walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. You cannot beat the employees every staff is very presentable and eager to help When in Yarmouth I only stay at the Grand

The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful view of the waterfront from the room.

Front desk staff was welcoming and professional. Cleaners and restaurant staff were also professional and pleasant. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable with quality pillows and bedding. Meals we had were delicious...my husband would recommend the fish cakes. Parking is convenient. Overall a great experience!

A great location. A short walk to local establishments. Overhight vehicle parking plentiful in the back lot. Just be aware the attached bar closes early on most week nights!

Nice stay - I always stay there when I’m in the area for work, and occasionally when visiting family. Location is convenient, quiet, clean and great views of town and the harbour. Room was a bit too warm and stuffy for my taste and didn’t seem to be able to regulate totally. Also, didn’t appreciate having housekeeping knock on my door a minute or 2 past 11.

Restaurant wasn’t open, said the bar was doing the service. No hours posted whether or not breakfast was being served.
