チェックインもスムーズで非常によかった。

I stayed five days to visit and work at the national library (LAC) in Wellington st.,15 minutes to walk from the hotel (no buses), this wasn't problem for me, as there's no reasonable hotel around it. For visitors like me, it's almost the best place to stay, I can say : large living room, kitchen, bathroom, communicative staff, laundry, swimming pool, etc. Many shops around to support the relatively long-term visitors. One little thing : there wasn't a light in bedroom (broken) and the airconditionner wasn't controlable enough. I asked for this little problem and a staff guided me quickly, but wasn't enough to resolve it. Thank you !

フレンドリーなスタッフやきれいな部屋、コロナ対策で廊下にマスク確認や消毒などのためにスタッフがいます。 ドアが壊れて部屋から出られなくなりましたがフロントに電話したらすぐスタッフを派遣して開けてくれました。ありがたかったです。

The internet speed was too slow to use. Maybe it depends on rooms.

帰宅後に問い合わせのメールをしたのですが、当日には返事があり、まだわからないことがあればいつでも連絡してよいとの文言もあり、大変安心しました。

部屋の掃除が、全体的にはOKでしたが、ベッドとサイドテーブルの間の隙間に以前の利用者が落とした保湿クリームの小さめのチューブが落ちていて、ちょっとがっかりでした。ほかは完璧で素晴らしかったです。

友人たちとの旅行で5人一部屋を予約。最上階の部屋に滞在し、各部屋も広々としていてとてもゆっくりくつろげました。 無料Wi-fiの接続はあまり良くありませんでした。

とても快適に過ごせました。ただし、タワーの方は現在改修工事中で昼間は騒音が激しく部屋には居られません。駐車料金も高いです。

ここは私にとってはオタワの定宿です。リビングルームとベッドルームが別、キッチン付きで、近くのパン屋さん(日本人の経営)やスーパーで買ってきて、朝食は自室でしました。 部屋の設備や清掃も行き届いています。 今回は滞在が短期でしたので使いませんでしたが、コインラウンドリーも各階にあります。

no comments, just excellent place

I was there with 5 kids, they loved the pool, and pingpong table it kept thembusy and tired them out. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Everything was great in the room except the pull out couch bed was in rough shape . We could feel the springs through it. The only other thing was the sauna had ants at the door.

Great place for families. About as kid friendly as it gets. Really nice staff, great location, great rooms.

The room was very spacious and clean. Having a kitchen in the room, meant that I could save money on dining out and spend it on having fun. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub!

Ideal location. Within a 20 minute walk to byward market and many other interesting locations in ottawa

It was as shown in the listing. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the Cartier Place Suite Hotel. It was clean. The staff were kind and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The only thing we didnt know that certain elevator takes you to another part of the hotel. Other than that it was good. Pool, hot tub and Sauna were great. They also ensure there are plenty of poolside towels for their guests. Overall would definitely stay there again.

Overall it was a good stay

Decent place in an excellent location (next to numerous restaurants and an easy walk to Parliament Hill and Byward Market). The room was clean and the beds were fine. Service was very friendly. The parking lot costs $40 extra per day and isn't easy to navigate. The pool needed cleaning after a day of kids playing in it. There is a bar/cafe on the main floor, which is a bonus ($5 beer Happy Hour!).

This is our favourite place to stay in Ottawa. Excellent Value Excellent location Appreciate the Suite format We will be back
