チェックインもスムーズで非常によかった。

I stayed five days to visit and work at the national library (LAC) in Wellington st.,15 minutes to walk from the hotel (no buses), this wasn't problem for me, as there's no reasonable hotel around it. For visitors like me, it's almost the best place to stay, I can say : large living room, kitchen, bathroom, communicative staff, laundry, swimming pool, etc. Many shops around to support the relatively long-term visitors. One little thing : there wasn't a light in bedroom (broken) and the airconditionner wasn't controlable enough. I asked for this little problem and a staff guided me quickly, but wasn't enough to resolve it. Thank you !

フレンドリーなスタッフやきれいな部屋、コロナ対策で廊下にマスク確認や消毒などのためにスタッフがいます。 ドアが壊れて部屋から出られなくなりましたがフロントに電話したらすぐスタッフを派遣して開けてくれました。ありがたかったです。

The internet speed was too slow to use. Maybe it depends on rooms.

帰宅後に問い合わせのメールをしたのですが、当日には返事があり、まだわからないことがあればいつでも連絡してよいとの文言もあり、大変安心しました。

部屋の掃除が、全体的にはOKでしたが、ベッドとサイドテーブルの間の隙間に以前の利用者が落とした保湿クリームの小さめのチューブが落ちていて、ちょっとがっかりでした。ほかは完璧で素晴らしかったです。

友人たちとの旅行で5人一部屋を予約。最上階の部屋に滞在し、各部屋も広々としていてとてもゆっくりくつろげました。 無料Wi-fiの接続はあまり良くありませんでした。

とても快適に過ごせました。ただし、タワーの方は現在改修工事中で昼間は騒音が激しく部屋には居られません。駐車料金も高いです。

ここは私にとってはオタワの定宿です。リビングルームとベッドルームが別、キッチン付きで、近くのパン屋さん(日本人の経営)やスーパーで買ってきて、朝食は自室でしました。 部屋の設備や清掃も行き届いています。 今回は滞在が短期でしたので使いませんでしたが、コインラウンドリーも各階にあります。

Spacious suite. Easy parking. Close to the canal.

Location: pretty Good (especially for canal skating which was out purpose here) Mattress: Comfortable Sheets: Scratchy Shower: Dated "curtain in tub" but strong and hot. Clean but dark and woefully dated (looks like late 70s early 80s?). Given the very expensive options in Ottawa Cartier Place was ... Okay The (old but again clean) kitchen setup would be a plus for anyone staying longer term (this appears to be the GoTo place for work crews on long term Ottawa assignments).

Room is dated but clean. Staff was friendly.

The front desk staff was so arrogant and dismissive. Zero in customer service Was eating a bar of chocolate while attending to guest. Check the surveillance at 6.30 pm 28th Jan 2026 Wednesday eve Management can really work on this . However, the other staff members....the ones in late night and next morning were very professional, polite and welcoming

Rooms are a little dated. But super clean. Great location. Great parking, underground and heated. Very quiet. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We’ve stayed twice and enjoyed it each time.

We heard so many mixed reviews, and some of the photos of the rooms made it look very dated, but we really liked our room and had a great stay. The beds were comfortable, the room was warm once we got the heaters going and everything worked well, including a good shower. The pool area and sauna felt like a nice treat, although the pool could have been a little warmer.

The staff was above helpful, their maintenance man was exceptional in putting together two (2) skate trainers that I had purchased (I asked the front desk to borrow a screwdriver and they indicated that they had a maintenance person on staff). Also I had an early morning flight and my room was ready on arrival…. Excellent hotel.

Room was great. However the toilet never stopped running. Staff was great, friendly and courteous. Hot tub was awesome after skating the canal.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was very helpful with directions etc.
