チェックインもスムーズで非常によかった。

I stayed five days to visit and work at the national library (LAC) in Wellington st.,15 minutes to walk from the hotel (no buses), this wasn't problem for me, as there's no reasonable hotel around it. For visitors like me, it's almost the best place to stay, I can say : large living room, kitchen, bathroom, communicative staff, laundry, swimming pool, etc. Many shops around to support the relatively long-term visitors. One little thing : there wasn't a light in bedroom (broken) and the airconditionner wasn't controlable enough. I asked for this little problem and a staff guided me quickly, but wasn't enough to resolve it. Thank you !

フレンドリーなスタッフやきれいな部屋、コロナ対策で廊下にマスク確認や消毒などのためにスタッフがいます。 ドアが壊れて部屋から出られなくなりましたがフロントに電話したらすぐスタッフを派遣して開けてくれました。ありがたかったです。

The internet speed was too slow to use. Maybe it depends on rooms.

帰宅後に問い合わせのメールをしたのですが、当日には返事があり、まだわからないことがあればいつでも連絡してよいとの文言もあり、大変安心しました。

部屋の掃除が、全体的にはOKでしたが、ベッドとサイドテーブルの間の隙間に以前の利用者が落とした保湿クリームの小さめのチューブが落ちていて、ちょっとがっかりでした。ほかは完璧で素晴らしかったです。

友人たちとの旅行で5人一部屋を予約。最上階の部屋に滞在し、各部屋も広々としていてとてもゆっくりくつろげました。 無料Wi-fiの接続はあまり良くありませんでした。

とても快適に過ごせました。ただし、タワーの方は現在改修工事中で昼間は騒音が激しく部屋には居られません。駐車料金も高いです。

ここは私にとってはオタワの定宿です。リビングルームとベッドルームが別、キッチン付きで、近くのパン屋さん(日本人の経営)やスーパーで買ってきて、朝食は自室でしました。 部屋の設備や清掃も行き届いています。 今回は滞在が短期でしたので使いませんでしたが、コインラウンドリーも各階にあります。

Great location. Clean simple apartment-style hotel. Perfect for people who want to be able to cook a little. Needs updating (hallway carpets look a little less than perfect), but is great for independent travelers who want a home base that is close to downtown. The staff were great! We would always stay there if they had one everywhere we traveled. Felt like home away from home.

The room was clean and everything I asked for was accommodated. I came with my daughter and her nanny and they brought us a highchair and playpen for her to sleep in. There is an indoor play room with shelves of toys, and outdoor playroom and of course the pool. It was great to have a two bedroom apartment style suite. It was perfect for us. Will definitely recommend and return!

The hotel is a bit old and it looks like they are updating. The location is excellent! Walking distance to Parliament, lots of restaurants and museums. There was lots of space in the two bedroom suite.

The staff here is amazing and the location is central to almost anything you would want to do. The rooms are okay - just very dark even with all the lights on and could use some updating. Pool and hot tub were great and they have a toddler playroom and game room too!
