チェックインもスムーズで非常によかった。

I stayed five days to visit and work at the national library (LAC) in Wellington st.,15 minutes to walk from the hotel (no buses), this wasn't problem for me, as there's no reasonable hotel around it. For visitors like me, it's almost the best place to stay, I can say : large living room, kitchen, bathroom, communicative staff, laundry, swimming pool, etc. Many shops around to support the relatively long-term visitors. One little thing : there wasn't a light in bedroom (broken) and the airconditionner wasn't controlable enough. I asked for this little problem and a staff guided me quickly, but wasn't enough to resolve it. Thank you !

フレンドリーなスタッフやきれいな部屋、コロナ対策で廊下にマスク確認や消毒などのためにスタッフがいます。 ドアが壊れて部屋から出られなくなりましたがフロントに電話したらすぐスタッフを派遣して開けてくれました。ありがたかったです。

The internet speed was too slow to use. Maybe it depends on rooms.

帰宅後に問い合わせのメールをしたのですが、当日には返事があり、まだわからないことがあればいつでも連絡してよいとの文言もあり、大変安心しました。

部屋の掃除が、全体的にはOKでしたが、ベッドとサイドテーブルの間の隙間に以前の利用者が落とした保湿クリームの小さめのチューブが落ちていて、ちょっとがっかりでした。ほかは完璧で素晴らしかったです。

友人たちとの旅行で5人一部屋を予約。最上階の部屋に滞在し、各部屋も広々としていてとてもゆっくりくつろげました。 無料Wi-fiの接続はあまり良くありませんでした。

とても快適に過ごせました。ただし、タワーの方は現在改修工事中で昼間は騒音が激しく部屋には居られません。駐車料金も高いです。

ここは私にとってはオタワの定宿です。リビングルームとベッドルームが別、キッチン付きで、近くのパン屋さん(日本人の経営)やスーパーで買ってきて、朝食は自室でしました。 部屋の設備や清掃も行き届いています。 今回は滞在が短期でしたので使いませんでしたが、コインラウンドリーも各階にあります。

Good value. This property is within easy walking distance of parliament, downtown and byward market. Also less a km from Museum of Nature. There were sports teams of kids when we were there so pool and sauna were busy. Lots of great dining very close by. Staff was very friendly and did their best to accommodate with what was a very busy weekend for the hotel.

Only negative is the couch was old, carpet was throughout, on the 3rd floor washer and dryer were older. Upgrade would be great. We think maybe bc dogs are allpwed the couch was not in the best shape. Everthing else was great. Bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Parking is tight if you have a high vehicle but std suv is fine.

Should include parking within the hotel charges and should include breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located not far from the canal and parliament areas. Lots of dining options close by. Front desk staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Room was nice and the small kitchen was well equipped.

The amenities are complete with a clean room, parking is okay, and they respond quickly to our requests. Friendly staff.

Room is clean, but the bed is very uncomfortable. The room is large but the furniture is outdated. The hotel is in a great location but the hallways and open areas are small.

My friend and I stayed 4 nights at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Nice to have kitchen facilities in the mornings for a light breakfast. Will come again.

Good location. Very friendly staffs. The slanted/inclined way in/out to parking garage to B2 is the big problem. My car got scratched bottom everytime when i going in and out from B2. I also found that the coffee machine had leftover coffee still inside the machine. The shower gel was near empty when i first checked in
