戦場公園、ケベック要塞が至近距離に有り、観光や散歩などする時はとても便利が良かった！

ホテル最上階のレストランは眺望も良く、美味しかったため、オススメです！ 部屋はシャトーフロンテナックが見える側と見えない側に分かれるので、眺望にこだわりたい方は予約の際に確認して下さい！ ホテルからシャトーフロンテナック周辺までのアクセスは非常に良く、レストランも近場に沢山あるため、朝食、ランチは近場でも充分楽しめます。 ストライキ中のせいか、ホテル清掃の札をドアノブにかけていても清掃されませんでした。 歯ブラシセット、スリッパもなく、部屋からフロントへの電話も通じなかったため、何度もフロントに足を運ばないといけない状態でした。 プールはカルキが強く、小さいため、泳いで運動する感じではなく、歩行する程度です。シャワールーム、着替え室はないため、部屋で水着に着替えてタオルを巻いて帰ってくる感じです。

French,English対応且つ、予約ミスで困っていたところ、丁寧に説明して下さり、時差が生じ予約確認がまだ出来なかったにもかかわらず、念の為にデポジットを支払いましたが、確認後返済してくださり、ホテルマンの方々もとても親切で素早い対応でした(˶ˊᵕˋ˵)ありがとうございました。

Les deux restaurants sont incroyables!

I used to stay at the Hotel Le Concorde regularly but it's been about 10 years since my last stay. I was very disappointed in the condition of the hotel and especially my room. I rented the king with an adjoining living room. The room was in need of a total restoration. Some of the furniture (side tables, dressers, TV stand) was very cheap ... I've seen better quality in a motel 6. The room was beat up, laminate was missing from the airconditioner covers, tiles missing in the bathroom which looks like it hadn't been updated since the hotlel was built, and the bathroom sink was cracked. And, we stayed two nights but the room was not cleaned during our stay. Next time we will stay at another hotel.

Room was clean, no body lotion which was a bummer, pool and hot tub are great, from inside the room you can hear a lot of whats going on outside the room so it was a bit noisy. But other than that it was great.

Location was great with views of old Quebec. The pool/hot tub was very good.

L'hôtel est un peu figé dans le temps, aurait besoin d'être mis au goût du jour. Manque d'insonorisation, les serviettes sont petites et minces Bien situé et belle vue.

Older hotel, very clean, large rooms, great staff.

First, arrival at reception desk, they found reservation only for 1 night and I have booked with you another night (Friday) ,the clerk too a lot of time to check with supervisor to finally confirm 2 nights. The room was not as the photo I have selected on your website, I was disapointed it was not renovated and mostly the bath tub.

Le voyage a très bien été, seulement que les portes sont bruyantes à l’ouverture et la fermeture, ce qui peut réveiller le soir et le matin. Les gens étaient très bruyants dans les corridor, un rappel serait plaisant à l’arrivé des clients
