外気温にかかわらすエアコン効きすぎで寒かったくらい。出張先もエアコン効きすぎで寒かったのでカナダの６月はそんなものかも。風邪を引きました。それと朝食の場所、時間などホテルでのサービスに関わる事項の事前説明が無かった。１Fロビーにあるレストランはビュッフェ式でなく注文をしてから料理が来るという通常のレストランで夜は割とリーズナブルな料金で良かったが、朝、仕事に出かける立場としては朝早起きしないとという状況、他に食事が取れるような場所が見当たらなかったのと、朝は結構フロントに客がならんでいたりでどこで朝食とれるのか聞く時間がなかった。部屋はとりあえずは清潔感があるが、細々したところで清潔感を欠く。部屋のお世話をされている方々は廊下で挨拶もあり、日本的は感じ良さあがあった。せめてボンジュールと返したい。旧市街へは歩いて１５分程度で、バス停も歩いて１０分以内のところにいくつあり、市内観光には便利。ホテルの格式は感じるが価格を考えると総じてよい滞在とは言えなかった。

戦場公園、ケベック要塞が至近距離に有り、観光や散歩などする時はとても便利が良かった！

ホテル最上階のレストランは眺望も良く、美味しかったため、オススメです！ 部屋はシャトーフロンテナックが見える側と見えない側に分かれるので、眺望にこだわりたい方は予約の際に確認して下さい！ ホテルからシャトーフロンテナック周辺までのアクセスは非常に良く、レストランも近場に沢山あるため、朝食、ランチは近場でも充分楽しめます。 ストライキ中のせいか、ホテル清掃の札をドアノブにかけていても清掃されませんでした。 歯ブラシセット、スリッパもなく、部屋からフロントへの電話も通じなかったため、何度もフロントに足を運ばないといけない状態でした。 プールはカルキが強く、小さいため、泳いで運動する感じではなく、歩行する程度です。シャワールーム、着替え室はないため、部屋で水着に着替えてタオルを巻いて帰ってくる感じです。

French,English対応且つ、予約ミスで困っていたところ、丁寧に説明して下さり、時差が生じ予約確認がまだ出来なかったにもかかわらず、念の為にデポジットを支払いましたが、確認後返済してくださり、ホテルマンの方々もとても親切で素早い対応でした(˶ˊᵕˋ˵)ありがとうございました。

Beds were perfectly made, clean and comfortable. Bathroom although looking dated was clean. Some spot dirtiness from previous stays was noted on main door wall, with broken security lock observed which should be tended to. The view from the 26th floor was obviously fantastic. Nice clean swimming pool and exercise room amenities. The Hotel Concorde is very well situated for easy walkable access to Old Quebec, the Parliament and Fountain of Tournay, Mange Millitaire and Plains of Abraham. Beautiful Parc de Jeanne d’Arc is across the street. Easy access to Ciel! Revolving restaurant and its fine menu. Cochon Dingue breakfast right at lobby. Very nice landmark hotel stay with good quality price ratio! Have always recommended!

We had a good time, close to many things, great view and excellent valet service.

We had a great visit to Quebec Coty. It was made so easy and comfortable by the staff at the Concorde. From the valet parking, to the great meal in the restaurant it was terrific. The room had an amazing view of the downtown which we really enjoyed. We will definitely recommend the Concorde to our Friends and Family travelling to Quebec City. The location is perfect as well.

The staff at the front desk are horrible. The service was worse than bad. In general the hotel is old and need renovating. There is no self parking . They give you a parking pass to a garage two blocks away. The room was ok. Just ok. I would never go back. Try another hotel.

Hôtel vieux mal entretenu. Le garage sent horrible et payant. Les chambres sont délabrée sentent l’humidité. C’est quand même propre, les lits sont confortables et sentent bon. J’ai aimé mon expérience du Check-in virtuel, on ramasse les cartes à une station en 1 minute. Cependant, on a tourné un peu en rond pas de signalisation pour les ascenseurs et personne nous aidait. La piscine et gym très propres et bel endroit. Pas d’eau dans les chambres. Le shampoing et revitalisant de mauvaise qualité, donc apportez vos produits. Restaurant le Ciel sur place, nous avons essayé l’expérience du restaurant tournant, super service et la qualité de la nourriture 10/10.

Personnelles serviable et très attentif à vous aidé

Pros: Staff was great. Gym has enough for most workouts, (max 50lbs dumbbells and a cable machine). Pool and jacuzzis were nice with a great view of the plains and the river. Great positioning within Old Québec, easy to visit without a car, and great restaurant choices all around. Nice view of the city/river from the room. Cons: Room was a little dirty (cloth headboard had a lot of stains, lampshades too, toilet was leaking a little from under). Some mold in the corners of the bathroom. Worst toilet paper I’ve used (very fragile). I wish there were at least some deals on breakfasts at Le Cochon Dingue even for normal hotel packages. A little bummer especially since no breakfast was included. Good hotel overall. I would rate 6.5/10 all things considered.

Excellent location!

Outdated room. Security issue no key card needed for the elevator. Only shampoo and conditioner available in the room. Breakfast was good buy not free with the roomrate.
