ホテル最上階のレストランは眺望も良く、美味しかったため、オススメです！ 部屋はシャトーフロンテナックが見える側と見えない側に分かれるので、眺望にこだわりたい方は予約の際に確認して下さい！ ホテルからシャトーフロンテナック周辺までのアクセスは非常に良く、レストランも近場に沢山あるため、朝食、ランチは近場でも充分楽しめます。 ストライキ中のせいか、ホテル清掃の札をドアノブにかけていても清掃されませんでした。 歯ブラシセット、スリッパもなく、部屋からフロントへの電話も通じなかったため、何度もフロントに足を運ばないといけない状態でした。 プールはカルキが強く、小さいため、泳いで運動する感じではなく、歩行する程度です。シャワールーム、着替え室はないため、部屋で水着に着替えてタオルを巻いて帰ってくる感じです。

French,English対応且つ、予約ミスで困っていたところ、丁寧に説明して下さり、時差が生じ予約確認がまだ出来なかったにもかかわらず、念の為にデポジットを支払いましたが、確認後返済してくださり、ホテルマンの方々もとても親切で素早い対応でした(˶ˊᵕˋ˵)ありがとうございました。

The location is excellent. However the hotel is structurally tired, wall paper peeling, elevator doors that don’t close properly, very loud in room air conditioning and a staff that, while willing, are struggling to overcome the issues. Getting our room serviced included a wait (after being gone from the room for 7 hours) and then it was done poorly.

I've stayed many times at this hotel since my childhood days and unfortunately, unless this place goes through some kind of major rehaul this might be the last time. This place is just falling apart. At least 2 of the 4 elevators you often have to manually push the doors together for them to close all the way. The underground parking looks like it's abandoned, and the elevator leading there smells awful, probably because its walls are covered with decades-old carpet material. In the room I had, thankfully the bed was very clean and comfortable, but the floor and the rest of the furniture showed pretty heavy wear, light fixtures are askew (and so is the toilet for whatever reason). I had to fiddle around with the TV to have the picture come in clearly. One of the lights in the room the button's broken so you have to actually plug and unplug it every time you want to turn it on instead Every floor has a door marked "ice machine", but they're almost all locked and you're supposed to look inside the "room-service and hotel features"-type binder in your room to figure out that only a couple of the 26 floors actually have one (and they're almost always all empty). Just no care or attention to detail whatsoever. When I came back to my room on my last night there, the AC had died during the day so the room had gotten pretty hot. When I mentioned it to the clerk while checking out the next morning, they just told me they'd send someone to take a look at it. No sorry, no nothing.

Architecturally striking hotel - the angled 1970s Brutalist structure is a total contrast to the lovely old architecture of Quebec City, but it really works. And it's so dominant on the skyline that you always know where your hotel is! The lobby is decent, with lots of seating and there is a good mid-range restaurant. Staff is very helpful and fully bilingual. My room was spacious, well stocked with towels etc. and had a great view. There is also a dated looking but nice pool/spa area with a small gym. The men's sauna was not working on my visit.

We enjoyed our stay once we got settled in. Our A/C did not work in our room and we had to repack and move to another room. The a/c tech helped us move which was nice We ate at the revolving restaurant which was not very good. Food was cold I’m sure it would have been tasty had it been warm.

Very good proximity to everything you would want to see and do.

Staff was on strike. They did the best they could

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The location was excellent for a walkable exploration of Montreal.

Grève du personnel. Difficile de juger l'établissement dans ces conditions exceptionnelles. Pas de ménage dans la chambre pendant 4 jours, pas de téléphone, pas de coffre, une lampe qui ne fonctionnait pas, la trappe du climatiseur coincée....

Evitense quedarse en este hotel. Me entregaron el cuarto sucio y las toallas sucias y de las 3 noches que me quedé no fueron ningun dia a limpiar ni a cambiarme las toallas. Les marqué para reclamar y no les importó. Además todos los dias desde bien temprano había mucho ruido de un taladro. Desde que llegas al lobby el aspecto es sucio. Horrible experiencia

Det var strejk bland personalen och vi var informerade om att den dagliga städningen inte skull ske. Vi hade dock förväntat oss att städning mellan gäster skulle ske! Det var lager av damm och smutsiga golv. Rummet kändes väldigt slitet och trist. Dålig belysning.

Chambre correct, propre, prêt du vieux Québec. Stationnement sur place. Prix raisonnable pour la proximité des services.

It is a great location, with a great restaurant/restaurant staff in the lobby. It appears the hotel portion needs some TLC and the staff at times was not very patient.

Possibly my worst every hotel experience. At check-in - after payment - i was informed that the hotel staff were on strike. No room service for the week, no concierge. Then the next morning it gets better - i have to cross the picket line every morning! Beyond that the hotel is about 20 years beyond a renovation - dirty, rundown and not very nice at all...
