The view from the room is great. However, hotel overall is outdated and badly managed. The services are not good.

Well maintained and very clean with excellent customer service

Staff was virtually not there. Even when they came to clean the room they didn’t take used mugs or towels

Great vies of Old Quebec. Well located near restaurants and walking distance to old Quebec and beautiful park right near the hotel. Outside parking only 5 minutes walk. Clean room. Quick check-in and check-out. Great revolving restaurant at Le ciel,delicious food and very good service. Would recommend this hotel!

Older hotel. Rooms could use a refresh. Paint peeling, linens worn out and room amenities were sparse. Small bar fridge wasn’t working well. Bathrooms are showing heavy wear, electrical outlets not all functional. Probably more a 3* not 3.5*. Parking is available for $25 a day extra. Staff were not overly helpful and the hotel seemed under staffed. Great location though, old Quebec City is easily accessed on foot so you don’t need a car to get there. Lots of restaurants around the hotel and access to historic sites was easy.

It has a great location, beautiful view, good restaurant and kind staff

Fablous hotel. Probably could use some updati g here and there but, overall a terrific place to stay. Our upper floor room had a spectacular view of ole Quebec. Was the best feature of the room. Would definitely stay again.

I had booked the junior suite for 4nights and the room was very old and unkempt..wallpaper peeling off..damp room smell…no exhaust fan in shower..shower head was old & not well maintained..for the same price I would have picked a 4 star hotel…lots of better hotels down the street in lesser price.. only best part was its access to restaurants & night life.

Comfortable room, it's definitely worth taking a room high up on the castle and river side. Nice pool. The indoor parking price is too expensive, especially for a motorcycle that didn't take a car space. Very disappointed with the restaurant Le Ciel. Almost two hours of waiting to get my dish and on top of that the chef had forgotten to put the scallops in.

Je n’avais pas d’attente, les lits étaient confortable. La chambre était nettoyé, mais le plancher flottant qui avait pris l’eau était gonflé et pas très propre, les joints du bain n’était pas très propre, de belles taches de noir dans les joints. Pour le bruit. De la salle de bain, c’est très bruyant si vous avez des gens qui parlent fort dans le corridor. Le stationnement souterrain est pratique pour les petits véhicule de moins de 6 pieds.

L'hôtel laisse beaucoup à désirer. Le stationnement était complet, on nous a donc dirigé vers un stationnement à 2 rues plus loin tout en nous chargeant quand même 25$. Le mobilier est moderne mais totalement inadéquat, un seul fauteuil à part la chaise de bureau. Aucune petite table même s’il y avait un grand espace vide. Aucun ventilateur dans la salle de bains et la porte était difficile à fermer et à ouvrir. La télévision n’a pas de guide sauf dans le livret de l’hôtel qui n’est pas à jour. Au prix que nous avons payé pour la chambre, nous nous serions attendus à avoir au moins 2 bouteilles d’eau dans le frigo et du thé dans la chambre. Lorsque nous avons demandé, on nous a répondu qu’il n’y avait pas de thé. Nous avons donc dû aller au restaurant du rez-de-chaussée pour acheter 2 thés qui nous ont coûté 8$. Lorsque nous avons voulu aller déjeuner le lendemain matin, la préposée du restaurant nous a demandé si nous avions des réservations. Personne ne nous avait avisé qu’il était préférable de réserver. Nous avons donc dû aller à l’extérieur pour déjeuner. Nous irons ailleurs la prochaine fois.

Property is dated. It needs a good refresh, ie paint, chipped wood repaired. Bathrooms updated. Plumbing needs rework and amenities like irons and ironing boards need repairing. Hotel staff were good and knowledgeable. Main floor restaurant could use more staff.

This hotel is undergoing reservations. We had a beautiful 2bedroom suite but there was no coffee for the neuritis in the morning and no closets yet only dressers.The lock on our door did not work either but we felt safe enough. Just growing pains.

Excellent location on Grand Allee and very walkable to Old Quebec. Clean room and hotel restaurant was very good. Only complaint was our room had a couple of maintenance issues.

Yes everything was nearby and easy to enjoy
