地點很好，行10至15分鐘已到達舊城，堡壘，亞伯拉罕平原等景點。唯一是沒有提供酒店泊車位。

The view from the room is great. However, hotel overall is outdated and badly managed. The services are not good.

Staff was very helpful, especially the staff at restaurant on our first day.

Personnel acceuillant et courtois. Vue magnifique. Stationnement intérieur payant. Chambre grande et rénovée. Il y avait des éclaboussures de liquide sur un mur. Cependant, le reste de la chambre était propre. C'était bruyant, les murs ne sont pas insonorisés. Pas capable de contrôler la température de l'eau lors de la douche. Quelqu'un a tenté d'entrer dans ma chambre en pleine nuit par la porte communiquante.

Positives: Restaurant Ciel has an amazing view and good food. The staff is polite but nothing remarkable and communication between staff seems to lack when we need something in the room to be checked. 9 minutes by foot from the Convention center of Quebec. Negatives: 1)Poor air circulation, we couldn't see the radiator at the beginning of our stay because furniture was in front of it. But even when we were able to turn it on, the air still felt dry and we worked up every night to drink water. Also no water bottle offered by the hotel at the beginning to f the stay. 2) The mattress and the pillow was too firm. We didn't sleep well. 3) the spas in the hotel was barely warm. Almost the same temperature of the pool. 4) the phone wasn't working in our room. Just take any cheap loft nearby and don't bother to pay more to go to Le Concorde.

Was a lovely stay! Everything was great, I’d definitely stay there again!

L'état de établissement était mal propre. Notre chambre l'était tout autant.

L'hôtel était situé près du lieu du congrès. J'ai eu un bon rapport qualité/prix. Personnel courtois et serviable.

Dsl jai rien reçue de cela ni baignoire a remous et jai eu aucune offre pour les déjeuner s'était ordinaire la chambre j'avais demandé luxueuse et et jai reçu une chambre standard s'était tres bruyant dans les corridor pour fini jai assisté aux débat des voisins

Clean and spacious comfy room! The view is incredible. Pool-Gym area is great even if the pool is from another era :) super sunny. Room is a little noisy. Thin wall let say, earplug for light sleepers.
