Vue extraordinaire Chambre rénovée très appropriée. Qualité prix impressionnant

The room is not isolated. We could hear the neiberoom side.

Nous étions au 26e étage, face au Château Frontenac, c'étaient magnifique! Emplacement de l'hôtel parfait pour visiter le Vieux Québec à pied.

Nice place but dated

Nous n'avons pas demandé de nettoyage de notre chambre pendant notre séjour et avons utilisé les m^mes serviettes pour économiser sur l'environnement,. Je ne me rappelle pas avoir vu de poubelles de récupération dans notre chambre. Dire qu'il y a des stationnements électriques est vrai mais il faudrait dire qu'il y en a 3 pour un hôtel de plus de 20 étages ce qui est minime.

Looks very nice in the lobby, the pool area was nice. The rooms very outdated and dusty. Unfortunately had some unsupervised children on our floor banging on doors and screaming in the hallways at 10pm. Hotel staff was very helpful and dealt with promptly

The hotel is located on the corner of a lot of bars and it was extremely loud loud as tenant come home drunk in the late hours of the night.

Parking sucks

Big iconic hotel. But…it’s tired! Bathrooms are meh, bathtub are old, wall has moldy grout. This was perhaps a busy weekend. The room across the hall had people coming and going and screaming (yup..and not kids! 30 year olds. About 15 of them) so much that at 12:30 I called security, they stopped screaming but were not quiet. I’m surprised security let them continue to have that many people in a room way past midnight. I had a second room down the hall and my other party said they heard loud talking and screaming from across their room as well. Rooms had a great view (24th floor) of Chateau Frontenac, the Citadelle and the river. Maybe worth it for this, but sleep is also nice… There are so many other choices in Québec City, so I would not recommend this hotel.

Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour à l'hôtel pour la vue de Chateau Frontenac et grande chambre avec espace. Cependant, ce qui est désolant c'est qu'il n'y a plus de places pour parking en bas de l'hôtel. C'était complet. Il fallait qu'on stationne ailleurs à Bon pasteur, et effectuait un va et vien sous la pluie entre le stationnement et l'hôtel.
