Hôtel Le Concorde Québec

We had a great visit to Quebec Coty. It was made so easy and comfortable by the staff at the Concorde. From the valet parking, to the great meal in the restaurant it was terrific. The room had an amazing view of the downtown which we really enjoyed. We will definitely recommend the Concorde to our Friends and Family travelling to Quebec City. The location is perfect as well.

The staff at the front desk are horrible. The service was worse than bad. In general the hotel is old and need renovating. There is no self parking . They give you a parking pass to a garage two blocks away. The room was ok. Just ok. I would never go back. Try another hotel.

Hôtel vieux mal entretenu. Le garage sent horrible et payant. Les chambres sont délabrée sentent l’humidité. C’est quand même propre, les lits sont confortables et sentent bon. J’ai aimé mon expérience du Check-in virtuel, on ramasse les cartes à une station en 1 minute. Cependant, on a tourné un peu en rond pas de signalisation pour les ascenseurs et personne nous aidait. La piscine et gym très propres et bel endroit. Pas d’eau dans les chambres. Le shampoing et revitalisant de mauvaise qualité, donc apportez vos produits. Restaurant le Ciel sur place, nous avons essayé l’expérience du restaurant tournant, super service et la qualité de la nourriture 10/10.

Personnelles serviable et très attentif à vous aidé

Pros: Staff was great. Gym has enough for most workouts, (max 50lbs dumbbells and a cable machine). Pool and jacuzzis were nice with a great view of the plains and the river. Great positioning within Old Québec, easy to visit without a car, and great restaurant choices all around. Nice view of the city/river from the room. Cons: Room was a little dirty (cloth headboard had a lot of stains, lampshades too, toilet was leaking a little from under). Some mold in the corners of the bathroom. Worst toilet paper I’ve used (very fragile). I wish there were at least some deals on breakfasts at Le Cochon Dingue even for normal hotel packages. A little bummer especially since no breakfast was included. Good hotel overall. I would rate 6.5/10 all things considered.

Excellent location!

Outdated room. Security issue no key card needed for the elevator. Only shampoo and conditioner available in the room. Breakfast was good buy not free with the roomrate.

We really liked staying here. The location was great, and our room was really clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and helpful. And our kid loved the pool and hot tubs!

There was a three story parking garage under the hotel food and the restaurant was very good The view of the city the park and the river was spectacular. It was only three blocks from old town. We walked everywhere. I think it’s the best hotel to take in Quebec city in old town and the old Fort.

Very convenient location, a simple walk to lots of restaurants, parks, shops and the old city. Very nice room, friendly staff, nice pool area and two nice looking restaurants ( we did not eat in either). Parking entrance is a bit funky but once you understand it not an issue and really nice to have parking onsite. Would stay here again the next time I go to Quebec City.

Hôtel très bien localisé, malgré que l’hôtel soit vieillissant toute les commodités étaient fonctionnels. Il n’y a pas de ventilation dans la salle de bain. Le stationnement est toujours complet, il faut réserver avec un valet pour avoir une place. Le prix des chambres est juste.

Proximité du vieux Québec

Nous avons séjourné à plusieurs reprises au Concorde. Notre récent séjour sera le dernier. 1- Le peu de personnel que nous avons croisé étaient courtois et sympathique mais il y a un GRAND manque d’employé. L’attente pour le check-in/out et le service de valet est interminable. Ce fut un gros irritant. 2- Notre chambre était légèrement désuet mais très propre. 3- Notre porte de chambre ne fermait pas bien donc il fallait la claquer fort pour bien la fermer. 4- L’air climatisé était défectueuse et nous avons eu chaud toute la nuit. 5-Pour terminer…..la douche ne fonctionnait pas du tout, nous avons du nous résigner a nous laver dans un mini bain. Malgré nos 2 appels et une présence a la réception, personne n’a pus nous aider ni même venir vérifier. INACCEPTABLE! Fort heureusement, notre expérience au restaurant Le Ciel fut vraiment agréable. Nous avons eu droit a un excellent service, nos plats étaient délicieux et que dire de la vue spectaculaire sur Québec. ♥️
