Fablous hotel. Probably could use some updati g here and there but, overall a terrific place to stay. Our upper floor room had a spectacular view of ole Quebec. Was the best feature of the room. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable room, it's definitely worth taking a room high up on the castle and river side. Nice pool. The indoor parking price is too expensive, especially for a motorcycle that didn't take a car space. Very disappointed with the restaurant Le Ciel. Almost two hours of waiting to get my dish and on top of that the chef had forgotten to put the scallops in.

I had booked the junior suite for 4nights and the room was very old and unkempt..wallpaper peeling off..damp room smell…no exhaust fan in shower..shower head was old & not well maintained..for the same price I would have picked a 4 star hotel…lots of better hotels down the street in lesser price.. only best part was its access to restaurants & night life.

Walkable to all the attractions of the city. The hitel itself is outdated, disgusting (there was mold in the shower and in the coffee maker in the room, the pool/spa is also not well cleaned, the room is not cleaned during the stay). The elevators in the hotel works 1/2 the time, dont even try to take the stairs (it's scary!). Overall really disappointed in this hotel, especially for the price of the stay!!!

Park was across street. Had to call room service for tea coffee, towels etc and they didnt straighten out the room in 4 days....i guess we had to request that.

Very disappointed. Asked for connecting rooms month in advance, didn’t get it. Called ahead for early check in and was told 2:00 and when we showed up at 2 we were told no come back at 3:30. Dirty sheet on the bed. Room service non existent without requesting. Overall disappointed especially for the rates being charged.

The location is excellent. However the hotel is structurally tired, wall paper peeling, elevator doors that don’t close properly, very loud in room air conditioning and a staff that, while willing, are struggling to overcome the issues. Getting our room serviced included a wait (after being gone from the room for 7 hours) and then it was done poorly.
