Expensive parking

Architecturally striking hotel - the angled 1970s Brutalist structure is a total contrast to the lovely old architecture of Quebec City, but it really works. And it's so dominant on the skyline that you always know where your hotel is! The lobby is decent, with lots of seating and there is a good mid-range restaurant. Staff is very helpful and fully bilingual. My room was spacious, well stocked with towels etc. and had a great view. There is also a dated looking but nice pool/spa area with a small gym. The men's sauna was not working on my visit.

We enjoyed our stay once we got settled in. Our A/C did not work in our room and we had to repack and move to another room. The a/c tech helped us move which was nice We ate at the revolving restaurant which was not very good. Food was cold I’m sure it would have been tasty had it been warm.

Very good proximity to everything you would want to see and do.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The location was excellent for a walkable exploration of Montreal.

It is a great location, with a great restaurant/restaurant staff in the lobby. It appears the hotel portion needs some TLC and the staff at times was not very patient.

Possibly my worst every hotel experience. At check-in - after payment - i was informed that the hotel staff were on strike. No room service for the week, no concierge. Then the next morning it gets better - i have to cross the picket line every morning! Beyond that the hotel is about 20 years beyond a renovation - dirty, rundown and not very nice at all...

Loved the proximity to the park, dining and shopping.

There was a lockout so services were very limited.

Parking at the lower level (P3) is sketchy a bit. Lack of light and indications are not great. A part from that, even though staff was on strike, I had a very good stay overall.

It was an easy walk to Old Que City with restaurants along the way. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 2 nights at Le Concorde Hotel. Nice location, with 10-15 min. stroll to Chateau Frontenac & pier. Would stay again for price & value. Parking was available for a daily fee. Staff were nice, available & polite.
