メニューは豊富でとても美味しい朝食でした。 係の方も親切で感じが良かったです。

6人で2部屋予約をしました。部屋は充分広いのですが、1部屋は3人利用するのに、椅子が一つしかなく、フロントに椅子を追加して欲しいとお願いしましたが、無いとの事で、ベットにしか座れず、2日間の滞在はとても使い辛く疲れました。それ以外はロケーションも最高で、スタッフも親切でした。

施設や建物は古いが、人がとても親切で過ごしやすかったです。 建物が古いのはイギリスならではなのかも？ 日本の方は、歯ブラシやスリッパ、ティッシュなどはないので、持って行った方がいいです。 季節によっては夜はとても寒いです。 (4月中旬はパーカーが必要なほどでした)

非常に素晴らしい滞在になりました。歴史のある建物でそのためにやや古く感じるかもですが、それを補って余りあるサービスでした。清掃もしっかり行き届いているので古さはあまり気になりません。スタッフも非常に親切です。

一度利用したことがあり、コーチステーションから近くて移動に便利だし、部屋も古いけど清潔で広かったのでまた利用しました。 恐らく調整の関係だと思いますが、二部屋あるとっも広い部屋で、1人でたったの1泊は勿体ないくらいでした。 ただ、バスタブがあったので楽しみにしていたのに何分経ってもお湯が全く出ず、深夜だったのでレセプションに言うのは控えて諦めました。当然シャワーも浴びられませんでした。

カーディフ中央駅からも、コーチステーションからも徒歩圏内。 カーディフ城の斜め向かい、ミレニアムスタジアムの横にあります。 古いホテルのようですが、設備は行き届いていて、お湯の出や排水なども問題なし。 バスタブもあったので、ゆっくり過ごせました。 カーディフマーケット、美術館、ユティリタ・アリーナなど、全て徒歩圏内です。 フロントのスタッフはフレンドリーで、事前の問い合わせにも丁寧に対応してくれました。 またカーディフに滞在する時は、ここを利用したいと思いました。

施設の問題点：お風呂の排水が詰まっていた、ポットにお水が少し残っていた、トイレの水が流れにくい ２泊しましたが、２日目にカードキーが使えなくなっていたので、交換して貰いましたが、スタッフの方の対応があまり良くなかったです。 それでもカーディフ城の前で駅からも近くにあり、場所は最高でした。

The hotel felt a little run down with only one lift in operation. Breakfast was ok, the staff were responsive once I had pointed out that some of the food needed replenishing, eg fried eggs, ham and cheese. The bed was very comfortable but the TV was poor and remote had no battery cover and batteries kept on getting dislodged. Also, the TV and aerial were not plugged in when I arrived. The bath was lukewarm in the evening, although the shower temperature appeared better in the morning. The reception staff member on arrival was very friendly and helpful and was able to let me in to my room early. All in all, an adequate experience, with the positives down to staff service.

Strategic and centrally located in city centre, yet it's very quiet. 5 to 10 minutes to intercity bus stop, particularly if you use Flix bus. The bus stop is around the corner. Cardiff is buzzing city, plenty eatery places and cafes. Excellent breakfast at the hotel. Highly recommend it

staff were lovely but unfortunately our AC didn't work and neither did the lamp on the desk, we had a good stay and would stay again but not during the summer without AC!

The hotel is conveniently located very handy for The stadium,Castle bars and restaurants bus and train station all within walking distance . Staff very pleasant and helpful and a good breakfast served up . Would definitely stay At The Angel in the future.

Everything was brilliant

While the last minute rate was low for my room, I didnt expect everything to be worn down and dingy. I could feel the springs in the mattress and slipped and fell getting into the tub. The building itself looks impressive when you arrive, but the rooms leave a bit to be desired.

The staff was helpful with ideas of what to do in Cardiff. They helped get us in the hotel with our luggage. Just reaaly hospitable.

Superb staff, a wonderful welcome. Room was spacious and bed super comfy. A historic building so decor and some of the fixtures in need of updating, but tbh that’s what gives The Angel its charm. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Room was tidy and clean albeit looking a bit tired. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely worth the extra cost with plenty on offer.
