メニューは豊富でとても美味しい朝食でした。 係の方も親切で感じが良かったです。

6人で2部屋予約をしました。部屋は充分広いのですが、1部屋は3人利用するのに、椅子が一つしかなく、フロントに椅子を追加して欲しいとお願いしましたが、無いとの事で、ベットにしか座れず、2日間の滞在はとても使い辛く疲れました。それ以外はロケーションも最高で、スタッフも親切でした。

施設や建物は古いが、人がとても親切で過ごしやすかったです。 建物が古いのはイギリスならではなのかも？ 日本の方は、歯ブラシやスリッパ、ティッシュなどはないので、持って行った方がいいです。 季節によっては夜はとても寒いです。 (4月中旬はパーカーが必要なほどでした)

非常に素晴らしい滞在になりました。歴史のある建物でそのためにやや古く感じるかもですが、それを補って余りあるサービスでした。清掃もしっかり行き届いているので古さはあまり気になりません。スタッフも非常に親切です。

一度利用したことがあり、コーチステーションから近くて移動に便利だし、部屋も古いけど清潔で広かったのでまた利用しました。 恐らく調整の関係だと思いますが、二部屋あるとっも広い部屋で、1人でたったの1泊は勿体ないくらいでした。 ただ、バスタブがあったので楽しみにしていたのに何分経ってもお湯が全く出ず、深夜だったのでレセプションに言うのは控えて諦めました。当然シャワーも浴びられませんでした。

カーディフ中央駅からも、コーチステーションからも徒歩圏内。 カーディフ城の斜め向かい、ミレニアムスタジアムの横にあります。 古いホテルのようですが、設備は行き届いていて、お湯の出や排水なども問題なし。 バスタブもあったので、ゆっくり過ごせました。 カーディフマーケット、美術館、ユティリタ・アリーナなど、全て徒歩圏内です。 フロントのスタッフはフレンドリーで、事前の問い合わせにも丁寧に対応してくれました。 またカーディフに滞在する時は、ここを利用したいと思いました。

施設の問題点：お風呂の排水が詰まっていた、ポットにお水が少し残っていた、トイレの水が流れにくい ２泊しましたが、２日目にカードキーが使えなくなっていたので、交換して貰いましたが、スタッフの方の対応があまり良くなかったです。 それでもカーディフ城の前で駅からも近くにあり、場所は最高でした。

Yes the room was clean and comfortable and the cleaning and reception staff were courteous and friendly

Staff were lovely and friendly, polite Rooms were uncomfortable didnt get much sleep as bed was particularly uncomfortable. Cleaning of the room could be better toilet was stained like it isnt scrubbed very often and some dust . Paint work could do with touching up in parts. Breakfast was poor not good didnt eat much .

General impression is shabby but elegant

Room was clean and large. Great location for Cardiff and room had everything we needed for the stay. WiFi was also really solid and reliable. Some areas of hotel were dated but given the building is old this is understandable and is great in some ways as some of the character features are great, We had 2 incidents with key cards stopping working and 1 incident on final night with really loud inconsiderate people in room next door but staff were very quick and helpful in dealing with all incident and cannot be faulted.

Great stay at the Angel, really enjoyed my stay, The staff very helpful, nothing was to much for them, The room was fantastic, bathroom excellent, Can't say anymore, Hope to stay again in the future?

Spacious, clean and quiet staff were good. It was an on suite I would stay here again I would recommend it.

Lovely listed building but breakfast was a let down. Too much cooked breakfast keeping warm& spoiling

Great location, rooms mostly tidy, kind staff

This hotel is in serious need of an upgrade.

No working lift and had to walk up 6 flights of stairs. No soap or shampoo in room, couldn’t wash hands let alone use the shower. Asked for double bed and was told I had one but it was 2 singles “zip and locked” together so there was an uncomfortable ridge in the middle. Took my issues to manager in morning and had no apology, it was like playing tennis, she just batted each complaint back.
