街の中心部にあって、仕事には大変便利でした。コンビニやスーパーが近くになかったのは残念でしたが仕方ありません。

歴史のあるホテルで、古さはありますが、受付や掃除のサービスはしっかりしており快適に滞在できました。併設するレストランもたくさんの地ビールが楽しめよかったです。

Couldn’t find the breakfast room but this place is very convenient for local coffee shops and decided to go try one of them. Quiet environment and amazing balcony to look off of.

Nice hotel. My room was a little small but very clean.

a beautiful historic building located downtown, close to midtown plaza, many other shops, and a variety of restaurants. my corner room was impeccably clean, with a comfortable mattress i looked forward to sleeping on each night. the only downside was the advertised free breakfast. i was a bit disappointed that the only offerings were muffins and pastries

Staff were extremely accommodating. Great location and a good English pub attached where you get 10% discounts.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. There was a secure parking. The hotel is conveniently located, however, given the circumstances of the neighbourhood we didn't feel comfortable walking there at night. The rooms are not equipped with safes. The breakfast was very minimal.

Unique hotel, lots of character, loved the live music next door at Winston’s that could be heard from hotel room.

This hotel is a gem. Built in 1906 and opened in 1908, it still features much of the original details snd is as preserved as possible. Gorgeous woodwork and artworks, original stained glass, and features of a time long gone, this beautiful place is a must stay for historians and anyone who appreciates heritage buildings. Dennis the manager is amazing. He took me on a lovely tour of the entire building g, which has many hidden features. Well worth staying at and I will again for sure.

Disappointing downtown hotel with club downstairs. There was a noisy party that made checking in difficult. Hotel only has eight parking spaces and they are behind a locked gate so you need to pay for street parking. This was once a beautiful grand hotel but is past its prime. Given a room above the clubs but music was so loud had to move to a different room. Rooms are really small, nothing like the pictures online. Will not stay there again.

Beautiful old building but smells like stale beer and cigarettes from days of yore. Corridors exceptionally spacious and rooms comfortable. Towels a bit thin and small but adequate.

Bed was hard as a board, sheets were not fitted so they bunched up, case goods and bed linen very tired, and front desk staff had language issues.
