Air conditioner was not good. Hotel charged me unnecessary $15.75 extra charges. I need refund.

Had to pay for parking(not in the ad) Tough part of town. Free breakfast was very disappointing. But it was clean.

The property is fine. Access to downtown is nice. You do need to pay for parking which is an added cost to your room and breakfast included was a bag breakfast to be heated in your room.

Very big beautiful rooms and bathroom. Comfortable experience and quiet. Wonderful location downtown will stay here again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Good downtown location and close to everything. On-site parking was a little tricky to find but seems car was safe. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast egger hit the spot. Only issue was shower curtain was a bit wonky.

Felt very unsafe in the neighbourhood. Very dated building. Staff were friendly. Restaurant food was terrible.

First, because I had booked with Expedia, they refused to let me check in when I arrived early. She told me she could only do that if I booked through their web site. She offered to check me in if I paid $50. Second, they only provide maid service every 3 days. That wouldn’t be an issue except they only provide coffee pods for 2 coffees. The room was adequate but old worn out furniture made it seem non inviting. Finally, the staff I asked about nearby restaurants and drug stores had no idea what was available. I will never stay there again.

Came for a 3 day conference and this hotel provided me with a wonderful place to stay & rest. Not the most fanciest, but the room had an upgraded bathroom with glass shower doors, super comfy bed & it was quiet. I scored a great price too, plus it has a gym, a quaint restaurant on site (with super friendly staff), and provided me with breakfast vouchers. As well, it is a very short walk to the mall & the casino, banks, coffee shops etc. Worth the try!

I travel frequently on business for medical conferences. Cleanliness of room and a qiet sleep are so very important. This hotel was above and beyond what I expected. The cafe was modest, but had a wide variety of food options, not your typical hotel breakfast made in a bag made a million miles away. It will become my go to place in Regina.

It’s a downtown hotel but it’s a very good one
