Please, please stay away! My stay at this property was a waste of time and money. The food and drinks they served were horrible, so we were not able to eat anything but instant noodles during the stay. In the end, we had no choice but to leave earlier than planned and canceled the remaining days. However, they declined a refund. It was the worst experience in my twenty-year travel life. I strongly recommend Expedia should eliminate this property from their list. Please, please trust me; don't choose this.

エクスペディアでの予約を１００％信用していたため、起こりえないことだと思っておりましたが、なんと宿泊できませんでした。 エクスペディアですので当然事前に日本で支払いを済ませたうえ、予約再確認は不要という案内でしたので、特に予約の再確認をしないままフロントでチェックインしようとしたら、ホテルのコンピューターに名前等が登録がされていませんでした。 そして、４泊とも満室で空きがないという状況の下、宿泊することはできない、という返事。２時間近くフロントと交渉するも、ホテル側はミスは認めようとしないし情報が来ていないから仕方ないの一点張り。 情報がコンピューターに登録されていないなんてありえないだろう、と私がエクスペディアの予約確認の紙を提示したところ、私に非はないと思ったのか、星ランクが下の姉妹ホテル「オーシャンスパホテル」のスタンダードルームを代わりに用意するからそちらにどうぞ、という、日本ではありえない対応でした。 代替のオーシャンスパホテルは、立地がセントロに近く、ホテルゾーンにはバスで１０分以上かかる場所です。 さらにホテル側は、不憫に思ったのか、それともせめてもの償いなのか、両ホテル（サンセットロイヤル、オーシャンスパ）でオールインクルーシブを利用できるようにしてあげる、ということでしたが、オーシャンスパのスタンダードツインの料金は、サンセットロイヤルの比にならないくらい安いうえ、２つのホテルのオールインクルーシブを利用するって言ったって、両ホテルは距離にして７キロくらい離れていてとても不便。 予定では、サンセットロイヤルの４３平米の快適なスタジオツインに泊まれるはずが、アパートのようにドアも薄くヘアドライヤーもない２５平米程度の部屋で４泊我慢することに。 今回、ホテルゾーンにあるオールインクルーシブ５つ星でエクスペディア初登録、ということ期待していたのですが、結果として残念なことになりました。 ということで、このホテルの設備、客室、快適度など、宿泊できなかったので評価できません（何かしら評価を入れる必要があるため、仕方なく「最悪」としました。） メリダ、チチェンイッツァと順調に旅をしてきた後の、カンクンでのこのトラブルで、なんとも後味の悪い旅行になってしまいました。

日本人は私達だけでした。東洋人も2組くらいで主に欧米の白人ばかりでした。 英語もスペイン語も出来ませんが、スマホの翻訳アプリで乗り切りました。 オールインクルーシヴだったので滞在中の飲食はタダでした。アルコールもボトルで頼む以外かかりません。 チップも含まれているので日本人には良いと思います。 カンクンのホテルゾーンは物価が高いです。 お部屋にはキッチンがついているので日本から持参した食品も食べることができ便利でした。 ニューヨークからの飛行機が遅れて夜中にチェックインした為、本来予約した部屋でなかったので、次の日変えてもらいました。その際の対応もスムーズでした。 オーシャンビューで最高の眺めでした。ビーチも綺麗です。 ライスラショッピングやどこに行くのも立地はいいです。 レストランでは主人の誕生日にフルートの演奏とケーキでお祝いしていただき、良い思い出になりました。 最後の日はビーチのカヴァナでリゾートを満喫しました。 また利用したいです。 Mr,Faustino Pool Gonzales！GRACIAS!

The staff was very kind helpful and amazing. The rooms were great and clean. Overall a great stay!

I understand that in July the seaweed level is high, but at least the hotel should clean up what ends up on the shore. All the noises of washing dishes coming from the kitchen could be heard in the room until after midnight. Smelling the aroma of cooking when you go to eat at a restaurant is normal, but not every time you leave your room at any time of the day.

Overall, we had a good stay at the resort, but there are definitely areas where improvement is needed—especially when it comes to staffing and service. It was clear the resort is significantly understaffed. The restaurants on-site were decent, but service was consistently slow, particularly at dinner. We often had to wait just to be seated, even when tables were visibly open. It was disheartening to see the staff constantly rushing around, clearly overwhelmed and overworked. It reminded me of working conditions back in the U.S., where employees are stretched thin. The company really needs to invest in hiring more people and supporting their staff better. One frustrating moment was during breakfast when a server claimed I never placed an order with her—even though I had. It felt dismissive and added to the sense that staff were stretched to their limits and trying to juggle too much at once. The resort has great potential, but stronger leadership, better staffing, and more support for their employees could really elevate the guest experience.

Great beach and beautiful views

The service was very slow but they are very friendly. My bedroom was VERY noisy, hard to sleep. Not too many options for eating. Breakfast was great, lunch not that good and dinner ok. Not too many options.

This is a small resort. Only 202 rooms. Therefore activities are limited. There is only 3 restaurants. In the a'la carte restaurants there wasn't many vegetables or any fruit to choose from, just a few dishes had them. IMHO they could've used some different ideas for night time entertainment. They did have several good bands during our stay. They had activities for all ages. Even a playground for the kids. The food was delicious!! The staff were awesome! The place was very clean except for the pool. But, it was really windy when we stayed & I think it was the wind that blew most of the trash in. It is a 10 minute walk to a nice pharmacy. Another 5 minutes to their (flea market) with tons of souvenirs and jewelry. It is safe to walk around there, even at night! There was some seaweed but in pretty small quantities. Not the resort's fault. What was the resorts fault is they let it accumulate during the week to where it started getting smelly & thicker. One day whomever raked it folded it back into the sand. It makes the sand darker!!! Not a huge deal, but it matters to us. The ocean was beautiful with big waves. Red flag almost every day. One good thing about the wind, we didn't get hot! Lol The place is fairly quiet during the day. They do have music playing. It was a reasonable sound level except for a few times when they're having activities. The music gets louder. Would recommend if looking for smaller, quaint exceptional service & good food.

Manuel, Jesus, Daniel do great work. All employees are extremely hard workimg and are always pleasant. The resort was small but perfect for couples or families.

The worst place to stay if you’re looking for all inclusive resorts. Food are extremely bad and not to mention the liquor are watered down. Daily activities are not a thing for me and everything else is just the worst place to stay at.

Helpful staff, very clean, I love the food at the Italian restaurant. What I don’t like is very few daytime activities, they don’t follow what’s in their program of activities. No notification if it has been cancelled or not.
