この価格帯の宿泊施設で、スーツケースを部屋迄運んで頂けないのは初めてでした。日常的な挨拶も無い。私は英語圏での留学経験が長期間あり、言語の問題でスタッフの方々との意思疎通に支障があった訳ではないと考えますが、滞在中常に態度が横柄でした。お部屋は一定の清潔感は感じとれたのがせめてもの救いでした。

good location and atmosphere so wanna visit again

It’s a fantastic hotel with a great location that been updated. It keeps a very high standards right at the beach front. Highly recommend it

Nice and convenient hotel located on the beach front. The hotel is close to the tram stop which made exploring Nice quite easy. You had to pay to use the beach club and sun loungers which I personally think should be included in the price of the stay rather than an optional add on. The pool area was nice but could get a little crowded during busy periods in the day. The rooftop bar was lovely and restaurant food was good. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Ett mycket bra hotell, som svensk är vi dock vana vid mycket hög standard där man behöver vara ödmjuk för detta i bokningarna utomlands.

Väldigt bra frukost. Dåligt gym, fanns bara löpband, crosstrainer & cykel. Inga direkta vikter & maskiner

Excelente ubicación y a precio adecuado el único pero serían los elevadores que había uno fuera de servicio y en gral algo lentos pero todo lo demás genial

Breakfast was a buffet, which we have had in many hotels. However, the staff here didn't think it was necessary to remove dirty dishes from our table during our meal. It seemed to be our job to stack up the dishes to make room for the next course in our breakfast. I've never seen that before in a 4 star hotel. Staff did a haphazard job of cleaning the room, too. They ignored glasses and cups that we had used and didn't fill dispensers in the shower.

Quarto limpo e amplo. Funcionarios be treinados e atenciosos. Excelente localização! Em frente a praia. Rooftop e piscina muito bonitos. O estacionamento na propriedade é muito caro ( 36 euros por dia - 24 horas)

It was a nice location. I had a rooftop pool, which was great and the beach was right in the front. It had the tram right behind the hotel that you could take it right into the city and right to the airport.

Absolutely beautiful views from the rooftop bar, restaurant, and pool. Love the large room and bathroom with balconies! We selected a “superior room” with a sea view and what we got was disappointing. From our room we could see a glimpse of the sea through the trees and over looked a small smoking park, the drive into the underground parking garage, and dumpsters with homeless people around - definitely not what I consider a “superior view of the sea” The location is great and the boardwalk across the street is beautiful! Beware…the beach is all rock, no sand, so bring appropriate beach ware. Parking is a nightmare on the street but you can purchase parking. The entrance and exit to the garage is only one lane so be careful.

Værelserne var ikke rene, hotellet er slidt, slidte gulve, slidte vægge og lofter, beskidt på toiletterne, alt for over priced hotel. Personalet var ikke venlige eller hjælpsomme. Det eneste gode ved hotellet er udsigten. Kan ikke finde ud af at planlægge fødselsdag på værelset, tage imod en bestilling med room service mm. Booker man strandstole på hotellet er det dyre end på stranden

God beliggenhed og fantastisk udsigt, men værelser og fælles områder er ikke grundigt rene. Ventetiden på strand klubben er sindssyg, 3-4 mennesker der enten løber forvirret rundt eller bare står. Priserne i pool restaurant og strand klub er for høje i forhold til kvaliteten. 8 euro for matcha latte som du kan lave bedre selv, 19 euro for en pide der er fra frost. Det er et fint hotel men de må ikke prøve at være luksus i priserne når resten ikke følger med. Personalet er søde men nogen af dem virker ikke oplærte.
