この価格帯の宿泊施設で、スーツケースを部屋迄運んで頂けないのは初めてでした。日常的な挨拶も無い。私は英語圏での留学経験が長期間あり、言語の問題でスタッフの方々との意思疎通に支障があった訳ではないと考えますが、滞在中常に態度が横柄でした。お部屋は一定の清潔感は感じとれたのがせめてもの救いでした。

good location and atmosphere so wanna visit again

シービューの部屋は非常にキレイで快適で海にいるかのような錯覚になります。街の中心からは離れてます。ホテルが大きいのでいろいろなお客さんがおり、航空会社の方も泊まられてました。5つ星なのですが、値段の点でやや釣り合いが取れてないかなと思いました。

いいホテルですが、周辺には何もなかったです。

Room was newly renovated and good and the view from rooftoop is great but we did not like the service in this hotel. Most staffs do worse than other 3 star hotels we stayed in France. I do not want to stay there again or not recommed this hotel.

The hotel is recently renovated and very nice. The elevator is the only frustration. It is controlled in a very strange way. The hotel location is over 2 kilometers away from the main center of activity including dining options.

良いのは部屋からの眺めのみ。ホテル以外でディナーをしたいのであれば、歩くと片道1時間以上となるため、タクシー利用が必須になります。スタッフはフロントにいた1人を除いて基本的に不親切。爪が割れた時に爪切りかハサミを貸して欲しいと言ったところ、夜なのに治安の悪そうな場所にあるスーパーまで買いに行けと言われました。 15:00からチェックイン可能と言っている割には15:00過ぎに行っても部屋は準備されておらず、連泊時のルームクリーニングで交換された新しいグラスは洗浄していないみたいに汚かったです。 高い宿泊費に見合わないサービスでした。 ビーチフロントのホテルであれば、どこも同じ眺めなので、次は別のホテルに泊まりたいと思います。

A vista maravilhosa

We liked the beach club and the pool area. Although we thought the charge for sunbeds at the beach club as paying guests, unnecessary and expensive. Food, drink and service was good at both. The hotel and our room was clean, although there was a strange smell in the reception area during our 5 day stay! The reception staff were helpful. We didn't like that the water was not replaced on a daily basis. The fact that there were two of us but only one coffee cup! Coffee sachets and milk cartons not being replaced. Once we asked for these things we were given them, but why did we need to ask? Coffee sachets were replaced with coffee pods, we only had a kettle! Attention to detail. We also didn't like that one day we had no hand towels on another, no bath mat. No bath robes were provided, although there were hooks for them! Attention to detail was lacking!

Un établissement où je ne retournerai pas et que je ne recommande pas Très cher pour pas grand chose

Super schöne Lage, direkt am Meer bzw an der Promenade, super Pool und Dachterrasse. Sehr nahe am Flughafen, etwas weiter weg von der Altstadt aber gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und gut geschult, die Mitarbeiter im Service sollten noch mal geschult werden. Speziell beim Frühstück und in der Bar. Teilweise zu wenig Mitarbeiter für die Anzahl der Gäste. Lange Wartezeiten. Angebot des Frühstück könnte auch verbessert werden, für ein internationales Hotel und zu dem Preis , zu wenig Auswahl.

We had a spacious suite with amazing view . Hotel is clean

Beautiful private beach and the rooms were decently-sized and clean. It’s about a 45 min walk/15-20 minute drive from all the restaurants and things to do in the city besides the beach, but it was easy enough to get around by Uber.

Pro: The hotel is modern and renovated. We had pretty good room with a view. The pool and restaurant area on the roof top is nice. Cons: This is not a central hotel and it’s about 40min walk to the center or an 10min ride. The beach chairs are not free for the guests, actually nothing is really free you have to pay for pretty much everything to use accept the pool area. The sink and toilet should have been changed along with the renovation.
