good location and atmosphere so wanna visit again

シービューの部屋は非常にキレイで快適で海にいるかのような錯覚になります。街の中心からは離れてます。ホテルが大きいのでいろいろなお客さんがおり、航空会社の方も泊まられてました。5つ星なのですが、値段の点でやや釣り合いが取れてないかなと思いました。

いいホテルですが、周辺には何もなかったです。

Room was newly renovated and good and the view from rooftoop is great but we did not like the service in this hotel. Most staffs do worse than other 3 star hotels we stayed in France. I do not want to stay there again or not recommed this hotel.

The hotel is recently renovated and very nice. The elevator is the only frustration. It is controlled in a very strange way. The hotel location is over 2 kilometers away from the main center of activity including dining options.

良いのは部屋からの眺めのみ。ホテル以外でディナーをしたいのであれば、歩くと片道1時間以上となるため、タクシー利用が必須になります。スタッフはフロントにいた1人を除いて基本的に不親切。爪が割れた時に爪切りかハサミを貸して欲しいと言ったところ、夜なのに治安の悪そうな場所にあるスーパーまで買いに行けと言われました。 15:00からチェックイン可能と言っている割には15:00過ぎに行っても部屋は準備されておらず、連泊時のルームクリーニングで交換された新しいグラスは洗浄していないみたいに汚かったです。 高い宿泊費に見合わないサービスでした。 ビーチフロントのホテルであれば、どこも同じ眺めなので、次は別のホテルに泊まりたいと思います。

Hermoso lugar frente la Playa. Cómodo para caminar y disfrutar de las vistas. A 12 min caminando de la zona comercial y muy cerca del aeropuerto. Personal excelente

Superbe sejour,chambre spacieuse, balcon,belle vue mer et promenade des Anglais. Calme.personnel accueillant. Petit bemol les thes et dosettes de cafe n ont pas ete fournies durant notre sejour dans la xhambre.

I wasn’t impressed by this property. It was tolerable but every day there were little issues that occurred that became very frustrating. - The hotel didn’t have any AC running which made the room very stuffy qjd uncomfortable. We slept every night w the balcony door open and until the early morning hours this was always very noisy with outside traffic. - Our shower wouldn’t drain properly. - Overall the room wasn’t filthy but it also wasn’t in the best shape. There were black stains on the shower floor and brown stains on the fabric bed frame base. - On Expedia the room showcased a minibar and nespresso which were not in our room. There was an empty fridge but it didn’t cool well. At most it made our water luke warm with a slight chill. - There wasn’t water offered in the room for staying hydrated. The hotel offered 2 bottles on the first day but we needed water more than the first day. We ended up buying water outside the hotel and filling up in the fitness center every day to reduce waste and save money. - Service in the restaurants was extremely poor. Especially from the older females working in both the rooftop restaurant and breakfast. We were treated very poorly by both when simply asking for a coffee to go and a pastry. - Room service 24/7 was offered and displayed in our welcome page and also outside the elevators but when we called to order one of the nights of our trip the staff said they only do drinks and no food. - Lastly, the bed was incredibly hard.

Hotel sensationnel, tres belle chambre avec terrasse et vue sur mer. Paersonnel accueillant, et tres professionnel.

C'était bien. Mais la température était chaude et il n'y avait aucun moyen de la rafraîchir. Si vous ouvrez la fenêtre, c'est trop bruyant. La salle de sport était également minuscule. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, j'ai été déçu.

Perfect location for me to cycle in the hills for 2 weeks. All staff were incredibly helpful & proficient. Breakfast buffet had a huge selection. Tram stop directly outside the airport & behind the hotel made travelling very quick & cheap, even with a large bike case. Enjoyed several evenings in the lobby relaxing & reading. Incredible to walk out of the hotel & have the Promenade & Mediterranean directly in front of me. 40min slow stroll along the Promenade into the old town/Port otherwise 10mins on the tram. Great stay, thank you

This was a wonderful stay. The workers at the desk were very friendly. The breakfast was very good. The room had an amazing view. They even had water at the entrance.

Check in et check out inexistant !! Aucun acceuil, explication des services de l hôtel, départ idem aucune question de satisfaction. Chambre bruyante avec les voisins .

Haben uns diesmal eine Suite in der obersten Etage/7.Stock gegönnt. Suite war geräumig, aber sehr abgenutzt und den hohen Preis nicht mehr wert. Schlafsofa und Sessel sehr unbequem , fleckig und schmutzig. Super tolle und grosse Terrasse mit 2 Sonnenliegen, Tisch mit 4 Stühlen und beste Aussicht aufs Meer & Nizza. Leider aber täglich Zigaretten und Abfall von der Restaurant-Terrasse im 8.Stock. Auch der extreme Frittengestank hinderte uns die tolle Terrasse zu nutzen oder die Türen offen zu halten. Die tägliche Zimmerreinigung und der abendliche Zimmercheck waren hervorragend und einfach nur Top. Leider funktionierte das Auffüllen der Kaffeekapseln usw. Selten! Mussten bei 5 Übernachtungen 3x an der Rezeption nachfragen!! Schade. Parking im Haus perfekt/30.- pro Tag und Schade das die Bar in der Lobby geschlossen ist.
