Wonderful hotel. Great location. Staff very friendly and hotel was very clean. Easy access to the downtown Nice area, Monte Carlo and Cannes (via Uber). Tip - book electric cars with Uber and fares are more reasonable. Breakfast simple but nice. Rooms were clean. We had a premium sea view room - not huge, but the view was amazing. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Excellent location by the sea, directly on the Promenade des Anglais, with tram and bus stops right by your doorstep and only a 10 minute drive from the airport. Staff is very friendly. I was able to check in to my room even though arrived early thanks to Ms. Kiara at the Reception. This was my second stay in this hotel. The only downside are the amenities which lack , but if you ask anything you need , the staff will help you out. Also do enjoy a drink at the rooftop bar

Loved this place. A little further from old town which wended up at most nights but right across from the beach. Pool and service was beautiful. Would comr back any time.

The rooms are updated, clean and nice. Unfortunately, our experience outside of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. Our first evening, we had a long travel day and decided to unwind at the rooftop bar. We sat down, and were ignored by the wait staff for 15 minutes before I went to the bar for a drink menu. 25 minutes went by, and no one came to take our order. My fiancé went to the bar and was ignored by the staff. We left. The next day, we decided to try again. We met a couple at the bar who were complaining to the staff about how they had ordered/paid for their beverages and waited 40+ minutes without ever receiving the drinks they ordered. Another table CLAPPED when their drink order was finally acknowledged. Overall, the takeaway was extremely poor service at the hotel bar. We also had issues that within the room, there is no mini fridge or even ice bucket. I take medication that requires being kept cooler than room temp, and so this was especially challenging to navigate. Some other small details include no face cloths in the room, not a deal breaker but a little inconvenient. We did express our concerns at check out, but were advised they were short staffed and that since our room was paid for in full, there was nothing that could be done. We are generally very easygoing people, but based off of our experience and the lack of care to hotel guests, we will be spending our money elsewhere in the future.

This was more of a 3* hotel in my opinion - the bed was comfortable but my bathroom had a bad smell from the drains, the tv was pixellated and flashing, the wooden veneer everywhere made the rooms look cheap. The pool on the roof was the main plus of the stay. Staff were all friendly.

The room are efficient. But we’re very hot apparently there is an ordinance that doesn’t allow them to have air conditioning until a certain date. The train noise, if you open the window is very loud. I suggest an ocean view so you can have a breeze. It was not close to any of the activities we wanted. The rooftop bar was very nice.

Hotel is modern, comfy beds, spacious room, breakfast had lots of options, pool and rooftop area very nice. Watched the sunrise from there one morning. The road is noisy but you can’t notice if the patio doors are closed. At first I thought the location was going to be an issue as it’s a couple of miles from the main tourist spots in Nice but realised quickly the transport options. There’s a tram stop just behind the hotel for easy airport transfer (blue line 2). The No.12+bus goes into the Old Town area and runs every 10 mins daytime. Best option are the Lime bikes to hire (usually half a dozen near the hotel in the mornings). The whole town is set up with cycle lanes. You could literally ride from the airport to hotel and the whole seafront on one cycle lane.

Great bar and view but that's about it. The room was so hot that it was virtually impossible to sleep. When we told the front desk they said they can't turn the AC on because it's not the season. We asked for a fan and they said they didn't have one. Everything we asked for was an instant NO. Not let me look into that or let me see what i can do. They said open the window bit the window only opened a few inches and the noise from the street and the train constantly running also made it impossible to sleep. Find some place else to stay that's more accommodating. There are plenty of choices.

Pascal at the front desk was amazing. Check in and out were smooth. Our rooms were beautiful - interconnecting as requested with amazing sea views. Easy to park underneath the hotel although a bit pricey at €36 a day. Downside was that the pool is not filled until end of April and staff were missing from the restaurant in the evening so service was slow. No snacks at the downstairs bar and hard to order a drink. Excellent breakfast buffet. Overall, our whole family loved it!

We had a good time staying at the sea view room.
