The hotel was well situated just a short distance out of Old Town Nice and had fabulous Mediterranean Sea views and Promenade des Anglais. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, plus we loved the hotel buffet breakfast as well as the rooftop bar and restaurant!!

The room was very nice with a great view of the Mediterranean Sea. The only small issue was that there was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom so after showering it took a while to clear the steam from the room. The breakfast offering was excellent- much to choose from. Private beach access as well as Rooftop pool was a real treat. The pool/bar menu was also great. Would stay there again.

:** Poor hygiene standards, not up to Radisson Blu quality Staff were friendly and helpful, but that was the only highlight. The bathroom tub had visible mould around the sealant, and all three of us in our party ended up with bites — likely bed bugs or mosquitoes — from the room. The breakfast area was messy and felt unhygienic throughout our stay. Having recently stayed at another Radisson Blu, I expected a much higher standard, especially given what we paid plus extras. Room and breakfast let the whole stay down.

Gross tile in the bathroom from water leaking everytime you shower. Rooms feel damp and not cold. They tried to make it like the American room experience and failed. Also very far from the actual downtown Nice and most food in the street behind it closed early

The hotel didn't appear able (or perhaps willing) to cope with the number of guests they had and as a result the customer service was very poor. Firstly, the concierge was reticent to provide a concierge service; thanks for the advice to just google stuff myself. The pool was dirty (kids were writing in the dirt around the pool edge) and towels were poorly stocked. Whatever the hotel's approach to managing the breakfast service is; it doesn't work. Utter chaos. Perhaps also the hotel management could stop having morning meetings in the meal area and taking up tables whilst they are at an absolute premium as the pre-1000 glut of guests arrives. I had to ask the management to remove their bags that they'd seated at an adjacent table which were taking up even more precious space!? Truly baffling behaviour. If you're not helping with the breakfast service, you're hindering it by being there. One or two of the staff were decent and trying to do their best to improve the chaos (older lady in the breakfast service) but nearly everyone else I encountered was either disinterested in providing the service they were employed to provide or simply incapable of doing their job. Whoever oversees this hotel from corporate; you need to scythe through this place, both staff and processes and start again. It's not in a great location, it only works if the experience is good and currently it's really poor.

Hotellet ligger dejligt med busser på Promenaden og med letbane lige bagved samt tæt ved lufthavnen. Vores værelser var udmærkede med altaner og havudsigt, men flere dage fik vi først tilbudt om rengøring kl.16-17, hvor vi var på værelserne og derfor blot måtte bede om rene håndklæder og springe rengøringen over. Morgenmaden var udmærket. Pool området var fint. Der var nævnt, at der er en privat strand, og at man skal booke og betale for liggestole, men det viste sig, at det var svært at booke pladser, og at priserne var ekstremt høje. Personalet var OK, men der var ingen speciel venlighed - slet ikke i receptionen.

The stay was overall OK. But the poolarea was over crowded and so was the breakfast. Staff is friendly and the standard is ok but after staying at several hotels on the French Riviera, this does not hold up to the level that you would expect with these prices.

Hotellet var okej, men levde inte alls upp till bilderna. Det var i princip omöjligt att få plats vid poolen. Den privata stranden var dessutom mycket dyr, och den var inte ens privat – vem som helst kunde betala för att få tillgång till den. Personalen var inte alls hjälpsam och upplevdes som väldigt arrogant. Den enda person som var vänlig och hjälpsam var den som tog emot oss vid ankomsten. Läget är däremot bra.

Nuhjuinen huone. ”Ilmastointi” puhalsi samaa lämpötilaa vaikka asensi minkälaiset asteet. Huone oli kostea eikä ilma vaihtunut. Ei minibaria. Jääkaappi olisi ollut hyödyllinen. Hotellin lattiat oli likaiset ja pinttyneet lukuunottamatta aulaa. Samoin kattoterassin ravintolan istuinten pehmusteet oli likaiset. Hotelli ei mitenkään vastaa hintaansa.

Great location for this hotel. Friendly staff who do their best to accommodate guests. The maintenance could be a little better bathroom door doesn’t close properly and the shower head kept falling. The car park is convenient but expensive and very tight getting in and out.

We had an issue with room allocation on check in but the hotel was swift to offer a solution to us rather than it become an issue. I was impressed by their staff. The room was spacious (suite), only issue was the bathroom floor was quite dirty and think over looked from the wider comprehensive clean. The hotel provides a brilliant alternative to a more prominent (and expensive) option more central and further north and would not hesitate to return

Hotellet er bra, men betjeningen forferdelig )bortsett fra vaskepersonalet - de var super behjelpelige). Resepsjonen var kranglete og sure, ville ikke hjelpe . Sto bare og pratet uten å bistå. Super negative. Roof top restaurant hadde en manager som var sur, delvis sint og absolutt ikke behjelpelig . Ikke hos mat der heller.
