インターネットの接続が悪く、PCを持って行ったのに全く使用できなかった。

ビジネスで２泊しました。ラスパルマスにはACホテルが二つあります。ACホテルを選んだ理由は、空港とホテル間の専用の無料送迎サービスがあるからです。ただし、無料送迎サービスを利用には、送迎時刻がホテルのHPに掲載されていないため、Webで検索する必要があること、事前に予約しておかないと、混雑時に積み残される恐れがあることです。 ホテルの部屋は広く、清潔です。眺望は、小高い丘と海岸線の間に立地しているため、海側と街並み側で異なります。プールがある屋上に行くと、海側山側の眺望を楽しむことができます。私は、山側の街並みを見たとき、大滝詠一歌手の１９８０年代のヒット曲「カナリア諸島にて」を思い出しました。 ホテルの近くには、旧市街やスーパーがあるので、食事や買い物には困りません。 このホテルの立地の難点は、ラス・カンテラス通り添いのビーチや港から少し遠いこと。特に、金曜日の夜のラファエル・ベントン・トラビエソ通りの賑やかさを楽しむのであれば、同じACホテル系のもう一つのホテルを選ぶ方が良いでしょう。

国際会議で、現地主催者の指定ホテルでした。アトリウムなど、海岸先の観光地へはバスで行くことになります。ビジネスホテルとしての機能はすべてあります。冷蔵庫、Wifi、タオルも複数、バスアメニティすべて滞在に揃っています。ただし、観光地へは気軽に歩いて行ける距離ではありません。

Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix mais peu de changement d un jour a l autre. Piscine non chauffée en extérieur donc Teau selon la météo. Chambre tres spacieuse et confortable. Le service d étage n a pas la même exigence selon les jours. Parking voiture. Hotel très bien placé par rapport à la vieille ville Top

The hotel is old and worn. The staff provided good service. Minus for the cold pool on the roof and a very small gym.

Erg prettig en betrokken personeel. Wc stuk bleef doorlopen, iemand bij geweest maar niets opgelost. Geen stopcontacten naast het bed. Geweldig ontbijt. Parkeren is een probleem, niet geregeld.

There were too many mosquitos in the room. No ventilation in the bathroom other than the window. When you wanted to air out the bathroom after the weekend and kipped the windows open, it would let the mosquitoes inside since there were no screens on the windows. My spouse got completely bitten up from face to legs, i got bitten up as well, including my eyelid. The bedroom was cleaned daily but it just seemed filthy the entire time. The bathtub was dirty. They forgot to replenish toilet paper. The staff in the lobby didn't even say good morning even when you said it to them. There was no soundproofing. They had a sports team next door to our room that continually slammed the doors, screamed, bang on the doors and walls and leave their dirty socks and equipment in front of our bedroom.

Golvet i behov av renovering, mycket ljudlig AC, vattenläcker ut på golvet vid dusch.

Good location, handy for buses and restaurants. Liked the reception bar area.

The front desk staff was very helpful! Javier in particular got us where we wanted to be by looking up bus schedules and even printed them off for us. Cleaning staff always greeted us a a smile and hello.

The staff were amaizing in the reception Andrea helped us reserve our bag and check out which was seemless. The dinner stuff :santia i not sure of spelling and Andriu were so helpful and friendly .The staff in the breakfast buffet were ok though we were asked for our room number twice ( the first time at the door which is natural and the 2nd time whilst getting our food.The room and corrindors were charcoal with no light so a bit depressing.The bathroom had a brezze come through a small gap and the fitting of the shower look like a caravan with a plastic base.Overall all the bathroom needs an uplift.The breakfast was so poor I should have followed my instinct not to go .We addeded last min at the hotel and regret .The tongs were so small they were held by many as they should and too small that the handle was placed on the food so when one picked them , the handle part they touched the food.The choice was limited and the hot food was cold for three days ( the veg and something labelled bacon but looked like sausage however the other day on one day labelled ssusage) The pastries and fruit did not look apertizing .The only thing I enjoyed was the statndard bread and butter with herbal tea.I chose the hotel cause the general reviews were 8.2 but was so dissapointed cause the rating are misleading .I will never trust ratings again.There were comments relating to my experience which I ignored so my lesson is to check for a theme in reviews.Location is great thats all.
