AC ホテル イベリア ラス パルマス

インターネットの接続が悪く、PCを持って行ったのに全く使用できなかった。

ビジネスで２泊しました。ラスパルマスにはACホテルが二つあります。ACホテルを選んだ理由は、空港とホテル間の専用の無料送迎サービスがあるからです。ただし、無料送迎サービスを利用には、送迎時刻がホテルのHPに掲載されていないため、Webで検索する必要があること、事前に予約しておかないと、混雑時に積み残される恐れがあることです。 ホテルの部屋は広く、清潔です。眺望は、小高い丘と海岸線の間に立地しているため、海側と街並み側で異なります。プールがある屋上に行くと、海側山側の眺望を楽しむことができます。私は、山側の街並みを見たとき、大滝詠一歌手の１９８０年代のヒット曲「カナリア諸島にて」を思い出しました。 ホテルの近くには、旧市街やスーパーがあるので、食事や買い物には困りません。 このホテルの立地の難点は、ラス・カンテラス通り添いのビーチや港から少し遠いこと。特に、金曜日の夜のラファエル・ベントン・トラビエソ通りの賑やかさを楽しむのであれば、同じACホテル系のもう一つのホテルを選ぶ方が良いでしょう。

国際会議で、現地主催者の指定ホテルでした。アトリウムなど、海岸先の観光地へはバスで行くことになります。ビジネスホテルとしての機能はすべてあります。冷蔵庫、Wifi、タオルも複数、バスアメニティすべて滞在に揃っています。ただし、観光地へは気軽に歩いて行ける距離ではありません。

Das Personal war super und freundlich! Das Zimmer war allerdings schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Möbel waren schon sehr „verbraucht“. Das Zimmer mit dem Meerblick war prima, allerdings war die Autobahn direkt vor dem Hotel sehr laut. Der Weg zum Wasser führte erst sehr umständlich durch eine echt eklige Unterführung…und dann kam man noch nicht mal vor lauter Betonpalisaden an‘s Wasser dran…der Strand/ direkter Wasserzugang war ca. 3 km entfernt!

As I was being dropped off at the hotel at 12 noon with luggage, I sent a message to the hotel the day before, asking if I could leave it with them, then come back to check-in at 3 pm. I received a reply the following day AFTER I'd actually checked in: I really didn't expect it would take them so long to respond. On arrival at the hotel around 12.15, I was met by the backs of 3 monitors spaced along the reception desk, with the tops of 3 receptionists' heads above. When I heard one of them speak, I had to presume they were addressing me. (If the monitors were at an angle, at least I could see faces). The receptionist I spoke to wasn't particularly welcoming and just photocopied my passport. I was told where to take my luggage: an office to the side of reception which had furniture, and many pieces of luggage stored randomly. There was no lock on the door and nobody monitored access. I was told to return at 3 pm to check-in, but when I did so, a room wasn't available and had to wait until nearly 3.30 pm. Being told "housekeeping is busy" just made me feel like a nuisance. When I retrieved my luggage, nobody checked the legitimacy of my being in the "office", so the security there was nil. For the record, when I checked out, the receptionist I spoke to was very helpful and took me to a locked room to leave my luggage for a few hours, and given a receipt. I cannot believe the difference between the Saturday and the Monday reception staff! No space left to comment on my room :-(

Gammalt slitet rum, stökig frukost utan ett rum med någon akustisk.

Chambre vieillotte qui nécessite un bon rafraîchissement, salle de bain noircie et rouillée. Ascenseur dysfonctionnel qui nous a obligés à plusieurs reprises à monter et descendre 8 étages!

The room was is poor conditions for the cost of it. The shower drainage was block and towels have lipstick mark

Clean and spacious room, one sad thing was the wifi - it wasn't stable, I basically couldn't connect to the wifi

Room was clean and pool area on the top with great views was splendid. Only negative was the WiFi from room on the 9th floor was poor

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great! But what really got me was the kind gentleman who checked us in. I asked for a couple of extra coffee pods for the morning and he showed up to our room a little bit later with a bunch of them. Just really great service, with a friendly attitude. The woman checking us in for breakfast was the same -- very personable and very helpful!! So the hotel was good -- the staff was excellent.

It was a little bumpy to start because ac does not operate the way we used to. We stay two nights with them and their staff was friendly. The lady checked us in even come up to help with our ac. Our room has a nice mattresses and has a nice ocean view. We moved to another ac hotel near cruise terminal last night and we regretted about it. The ac near the terminal has very old mattress. It has the worst mattress that we have ever seen with marriot. The ac hotel near cruise terminal has a motel 6 quality of the mattress. If we knew, we would choose to stay at this ac hotel. We

Staff is very nice, the first room they gave vas not in a good condition and they provided me another one very easily. This hotel needs to be refreshed and they should clean ventilation docks
