Worst Hotel ever—Do not stay here! My recent stay at Pinewood Hotel near Rome was an absolute nightmare that I hope no traveler will have to experience. This so-called “four-star” hotel will be without a doubt a complete disappointment and potential tourist trap. 🌐 INTERNET DISASTER: The hotel’s internet connection was never available throughout our entire stay. In today’s online connected world, being forced into digital isolation is unacceptable, especially for a hotel that claims to be a four-star establishment. 🚕 TRANSPORTATION SCAM AND DISASTER: The most alarming issue was their taxi arrangement to the airport. When we requested airport transportation from the front desk, the nearly-elderly man provided us with an UNLICENSED taxi driver. Not only was the price exorbitant, but the driver was also late, causing us to miss our flight. In fact, our family lost more than 3,500 US dollars due to this catastrophic service. This is not just poor service - it’s potentially dangerous and misleading. 💡 CRITICAL WARNINGS: • Completely unreliable internet service • Untrustworthy transportation arrangements • Misleading star rating • Potential safety concerns with unauthorized transportation BOTTOM LINE: Save yourself the stress, money, and potential travel disruptions. 少しローマの中心地から離れてはいますが、地下鉄に乗ればすぐです。

四つ星として考えると、やや期待はずれです。部屋は狭く、設備の説明にあったミニバーもありませんでした。

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, gute Bar und Abendessen wenn man möchte. Parkplatz ist abgesperrt und wird nur von der Rezeption geöffnet, sehr praktisch, zusätzlich Video überwacht.

Rooms very humble. TV didn’t work the whole time we were there. Beds quite hard. Only one PowerPoint worked in the room.

A parte la gentilezza del personale, non salverei nulla, dalle camere fatiscenti, soprattutto il bagno con materiali rovinati, tenda con bastone nella doccia, all'insonorizzazione inesistente, fino alla colazione (uova di pessimo gusto).
