Worst Hotel ever—Do not stay here! My recent stay at Pinewood Hotel near Rome was an absolute nightmare that I hope no traveler will have to experience. This so-called “four-star” hotel will be without a doubt a complete disappointment and potential tourist trap. 🌐 INTERNET DISASTER: The hotel’s internet connection was never available throughout our entire stay. In today’s online connected world, being forced into digital isolation is unacceptable, especially for a hotel that claims to be a four-star establishment. 🚕 TRANSPORTATION SCAM AND DISASTER: The most alarming issue was their taxi arrangement to the airport. When we requested airport transportation from the front desk, the nearly-elderly man provided us with an UNLICENSED taxi driver. Not only was the price exorbitant, but the driver was also late, causing us to miss our flight. In fact, our family lost more than 3,500 US dollars due to this catastrophic service. This is not just poor service - it’s potentially dangerous and misleading. 💡 CRITICAL WARNINGS: • Completely unreliable internet service • Untrustworthy transportation arrangements • Misleading star rating • Potential safety concerns with unauthorized transportation BOTTOM LINE: Save yourself the stress, money, and potential travel disruptions. レトロな雰囲気で良かったです。

少しローマの中心地から離れてはいますが、地下鉄に乗ればすぐです。

四つ星として考えると、やや期待はずれです。部屋は狭く、設備の説明にあったミニバーもありませんでした。

Gutes Frühstück, allerdings sehr kleine Zimmer. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Die Lage ist gut und das Personal sehr freundlich.

The staff were very nice and greeting to us. The room was a little tight and in ok shape. The breakfast was pretty good and so was the restaurant inside the property. It is slightly distanced from all of the rome activities so plan to take uber or walk 15 mins to the nearest metro. There is a hidden fee your charged of 60€ which wasn’t pleasant or disclosed fairly in the description of the property. There was ac in our room and it blasted well. The water pressure was intermediate but enough to get a decent shower in. Room service was trustworthy as our bags were left there and nothing happened. Overall decent budget hotel.

A cama de casal o colchão era terrível tinha um lado que o colchão afundava ,além do colchão ser duro e os travesseiros tbm a equipe maravilhosa muito prestativos e amigáveis o café da manhã bem completo mas e sempre as mesmas coisas mesmas frutas mesmos bolos e pães eu que passei 10 dias acaba não sendo tão bom

The hôtel is quite charming but the matresses are so old and stiff. Replacing them would improve greatly the quality of the room. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options for fresh, sweet, salty, etc. It is about 12 min walk from the metro Line A to go to Rome center and has good restaurant options a few bus stops away (way better than the tourist traps in the city)

Nice breakfast buffet to start the day, plenty of parking space, great & quiet area within minutes drive from most important Rome sightseeing. Friendly staff and great and clean room

Hôtel propre, literie confortable, personnel agréable. Établissement qui manque quelque peu de rénovations cependant. Le séjour reste globalement agréable. Très bien desservi par les transports en commun.
