客室は綺麗でしたが、暖房はイマイチ。浴槽はありますが、栓はなし。とにかく壁が薄くて、部屋の外がうるさく、エレベーターの横だったため、夜中3時まで、人の話し声や足音で眠れませんでした。

駅から近くてアクセスOK 治安はちょっと心配、近くの公園にホームレスがわりといました

WiFi以外は良かったです。 寒さについては暖房がちゃんと調節できたので問題ありませんでした。向かいがナイトクラブでしたが、週末でも23時過ぎ頃には静かだったので問題なく、むしろ深夜に廊下で話している観光客の方がうるさいくらいでした。水道や冷蔵庫も問題無く使用できました。 ただ、WiFiだけは全く使えなかったので、その点がなければ大満足でした。

地下鉄の乗り換え駅で空港バスのバス停もあるBerri-UQAMから徒歩で5分程度です。ホテルの西側の通りは歩行者天国のようになっていて、レストランやスーパーなどがありとても便利です。ホームレスをちらほら見かけますが、それ以上に人通りが多いので、危険な感じはしませんでした。ホテル自体は古い建物ですが、不潔という感じではないです。4階建てのようですが、エレベーターは3階までで、4階の部屋へは、3階から階段で上がらなければなりません。シングルルームは日本のビジネスホテルよりやや広い程度。朝食は、部屋へのデリバリー方式です。毎日パン２つバターとジャムとはちみつ、ブリックパックのジュース、コーヒーか紅茶です。快適性ではなく予算と利便性を重視するのであれば良いホテルだと思います。

初日に部屋に入ると、ゴミ箱の中のゴミがそのままで、部屋の中にも前のお客さんのゴミが落ちていたので、少し驚いた。部屋は広くて暖かかったのと、従業員の方の人柄がとてもよかったので、ゴミについては私はあまり重要に感じなかったが、客観的にみて、初日にゴミがあるのは、清掃が行き届いてないということになってしまうのではないか。 それ以外は、どこからみても、快適で、朝食もとても美味しく、パンも暖かく、満足です。 せっかくステキなホテルなので、ゴミなどで評価が下がるのはもったいないし、評価を下げる目的ではなく、ぜひ改善して、さらによりよいホテルになってほしいと思う。

バストイレ付きの部屋に一泊しました。 ホテル、レストランの並ぶ大通り沿いの便利な立地で、お部屋も広くは無いけど清潔です。 窓のカーテンを開けたら素敵な夜景が見えました。外からも内側が見えるので気を付けていました。 ホテルの入り口には鍵があり、鍵を差したままノブを回すと開けられます。初めは開け方がわからず戸惑いました。 バスアメニティは、タオル、固形石鹸、リンスインシャンプーがありました。シャワーはお湯が出るまで少し待ちますが水量温度共に適当です。 観光メインでホテルはシャワーと寝るだけの個室で充分という方には良いホテルだと思います。

No amenities that we could find. There was a pool table however you have to pay to use it. The room we had was extremely small. The king bed took up the entire thing. The bathroom was also terrible small. Once you open the door, it is hitting the shower. Two people could not stand in it. It seemed more like the side of an airplane bathroom. The remote for the television was missing the back and then the batteries died. Once they were replaced, the remote stopped working. The positive from this place is that it was in a central location to everywhere I needed to be. Just a head up, just don’t look at the photos and think you are getting a decent sized room and bathroom.

Our room was fine and clean enough. We were disappointed that we could not use the billiards table that is photographed online. We were told to not go downstairs where it was and were not given a reason. The location was good, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful.

The Room was clean and bright not like regular old hotels with lamp lights. Loved the creative art work they had in the room. If you cannot walk on stairs please ask them in advance not to put you on the 4th floor as the elevator goes upto 3rd floor only. We didn`t mind it though. Parking is first come first served so we didn`t get one. Few street parking available until 8 am. There is a nearby paid parkade. Overall, room was great, bed was comfortable with clean linens and towels.

Very misleading!! This hotel was so terrible we didn’t even stay. The area and hotel itself were both filthy and very unsafe!!! Do not stay here!

The hotel is clean and staff are nice and helpful. Location is close to the transit station and pharmacy. Cons: walls are thin, can hear people outside windows and in hallways walking.

Very loud, paper thin walls, poor amenities for the price. Front desk was helpful but would not stay here again. No housekeeping over three nights. Towels were thin and linty, and only provided two for the stay.

Super simple room but clean and friendly staff!
