駅から近くてアクセスOK 治安はちょっと心配、近くの公園にホームレスがわりといました

部屋があまり綺麗ではなかった。

WiFi以外は良かったです。 寒さについては暖房がちゃんと調節できたので問題ありませんでした。向かいがナイトクラブでしたが、週末でも23時過ぎ頃には静かだったので問題なく、むしろ深夜に廊下で話している観光客の方がうるさいくらいでした。水道や冷蔵庫も問題無く使用できました。 ただ、WiFiだけは全く使えなかったので、その点がなければ大満足でした。

地下鉄の乗り換え駅で空港バスのバス停もあるBerri-UQAMから徒歩で5分程度です。ホテルの西側の通りは歩行者天国のようになっていて、レストランやスーパーなどがありとても便利です。ホームレスをちらほら見かけますが、それ以上に人通りが多いので、危険な感じはしませんでした。ホテル自体は古い建物ですが、不潔という感じではないです。4階建てのようですが、エレベーターは3階までで、4階の部屋へは、3階から階段で上がらなければなりません。シングルルームは日本のビジネスホテルよりやや広い程度。朝食は、部屋へのデリバリー方式です。毎日パン２つバターとジャムとはちみつ、ブリックパックのジュース、コーヒーか紅茶です。快適性ではなく予算と利便性を重視するのであれば良いホテルだと思います。

初日に部屋に入ると、ゴミ箱の中のゴミがそのままで、部屋の中にも前のお客さんのゴミが落ちていたので、少し驚いた。部屋は広くて暖かかったのと、従業員の方の人柄がとてもよかったので、ゴミについては私はあまり重要に感じなかったが、客観的にみて、初日にゴミがあるのは、清掃が行き届いてないということになってしまうのではないか。 それ以外は、どこからみても、快適で、朝食もとても美味しく、パンも暖かく、満足です。 せっかくステキなホテルなので、ゴミなどで評価が下がるのはもったいないし、評価を下げる目的ではなく、ぜひ改善して、さらによりよいホテルになってほしいと思う。

バストイレ付きの部屋に一泊しました。 ホテル、レストランの並ぶ大通り沿いの便利な立地で、お部屋も広くは無いけど清潔です。 窓のカーテンを開けたら素敵な夜景が見えました。外からも内側が見えるので気を付けていました。 ホテルの入り口には鍵があり、鍵を差したままノブを回すと開けられます。初めは開け方がわからず戸惑いました。 バスアメニティは、タオル、固形石鹸、リンスインシャンプーがありました。シャワーはお湯が出るまで少し待ちますが水量温度共に適当です。 観光メインでホテルはシャワーと寝るだけの個室で充分という方には良いホテルだと思います。

Chambre était très propre, mais par contre les chambres sont un peu petite. L’insonorisation est pas trés bonne. Par contre, il manque de rien et c’est parfait pour un court séjour.

The few good things about this hotel: fairly clean, room was a comfortable temperature, and it’s located in a good area. Now the bad things: there was no shower curtain or door on the shower, and the second I turned the shower on, water literally sprayed all over the bathroom, drenching the toilet and floor in water. Went to the front desk to ask for more towels, waited there for 5+ minutes and there wasn’t a single staff member in sight. There was no soundproofing; we could hear people walking around all night long. The room itself looked like it was put together in less than 24 hours (exposed wires with no cover plates, holes in walls, etc). Bed felt like a cardboard box. There was music playing in the common area all night that we could hear from our room?? I’ve stayed in other hotels in Montreal with similar dingy conditions for half the price.

Hotel reformado, com poucos pontos ainda sendo ajustados. Funcionarios simpáticos, quarto grande, moderno, com geladeira e microondas. Fica a alguns quarteirões do quartier des spectales, com mercado, farmácia, metrô e restaurantes perto, porém a região tem bastante morador de rua e drogados, o que deixa a área um pouco hostil.

Clean room and friendly staf. Location is perfect close to bars, restaurants, shops and the subway. The fridge did not work unfortunately and there was a gap between the door and the floor so you could hear everything that was going outside the hotelroom in the hall as well as the lobby. Since I was on the same floor as the lobby a lot of people pass by the room or stayed in the lobby which made it noisy.
