客室は綺麗でしたが、暖房はイマイチ。浴槽はありますが、栓はなし。とにかく壁が薄くて、部屋の外がうるさく、エレベーターの横だったため、夜中3時まで、人の話し声や足音で眠れませんでした。

駅から近くてアクセスOK 治安はちょっと心配、近くの公園にホームレスがわりといました

WiFi以外は良かったです。 寒さについては暖房がちゃんと調節できたので問題ありませんでした。向かいがナイトクラブでしたが、週末でも23時過ぎ頃には静かだったので問題なく、むしろ深夜に廊下で話している観光客の方がうるさいくらいでした。水道や冷蔵庫も問題無く使用できました。 ただ、WiFiだけは全く使えなかったので、その点がなければ大満足でした。

地下鉄の乗り換え駅で空港バスのバス停もあるBerri-UQAMから徒歩で5分程度です。ホテルの西側の通りは歩行者天国のようになっていて、レストランやスーパーなどがありとても便利です。ホームレスをちらほら見かけますが、それ以上に人通りが多いので、危険な感じはしませんでした。ホテル自体は古い建物ですが、不潔という感じではないです。4階建てのようですが、エレベーターは3階までで、4階の部屋へは、3階から階段で上がらなければなりません。シングルルームは日本のビジネスホテルよりやや広い程度。朝食は、部屋へのデリバリー方式です。毎日パン２つバターとジャムとはちみつ、ブリックパックのジュース、コーヒーか紅茶です。快適性ではなく予算と利便性を重視するのであれば良いホテルだと思います。

初日に部屋に入ると、ゴミ箱の中のゴミがそのままで、部屋の中にも前のお客さんのゴミが落ちていたので、少し驚いた。部屋は広くて暖かかったのと、従業員の方の人柄がとてもよかったので、ゴミについては私はあまり重要に感じなかったが、客観的にみて、初日にゴミがあるのは、清掃が行き届いてないということになってしまうのではないか。 それ以外は、どこからみても、快適で、朝食もとても美味しく、パンも暖かく、満足です。 せっかくステキなホテルなので、ゴミなどで評価が下がるのはもったいないし、評価を下げる目的ではなく、ぜひ改善して、さらによりよいホテルになってほしいと思う。

バストイレ付きの部屋に一泊しました。 ホテル、レストランの並ぶ大通り沿いの便利な立地で、お部屋も広くは無いけど清潔です。 窓のカーテンを開けたら素敵な夜景が見えました。外からも内側が見えるので気を付けていました。 ホテルの入り口には鍵があり、鍵を差したままノブを回すと開けられます。初めは開け方がわからず戸惑いました。 バスアメニティは、タオル、固形石鹸、リンスインシャンプーがありました。シャワーはお湯が出るまで少し待ちますが水量温度共に適当です。 観光メインでホテルはシャワーと寝るだけの個室で充分という方には良いホテルだと思います。

I booked this hotel for the same night; however, due to a system error, the reservation date was automatically changed to the following day. Because the reservation was non-refundable, I contacted Expedia immediately. They explained that they could not make any changes until they heard back from the property, but indicated that a refund was likely given the clear booking error. I then canceled the incorrect reservation and rebooked the correct night. Upon arrival, I explained the situation to the front desk and was explicitly told that the incorrect reservation had been canceled, was not charged, and that a refund would be issued. Later, Expedia informed me that the property chose to uphold the original cancellation policy and declined the waiver request. The property also stated that the incorrect reservation had been canceled and was unpaid, which directly contradicts what was communicated to me on site. This experience indicates inconsistent and misleading information regarding the handling of the reservation. Based on this, others may wish to exercise caution when booking.

De las 4 noches en las que estuve ahí, jamás hicieron la limpieza de la habitación. Desde el primer día notamos que la habitación no la habían aseado adecuadamente, ya que había basura debajo de la cama. Las paredes no aíslan para nada el ruido, toda la noche hubo ruido de otros huéspedes. Descansar no es fácil hospedándose ahí. El personal no fue tan amable, era un tanto indiferente.

The room, while aesthetically pleasing, was rather compact and did not comfortably accommodate two occupants. Furthermore, several essential amenities were absent, including a hand towel, a bath mat, and standard soap. The cleanliness of the room was also below expectations. We recommend that the hotel prioritize improving its housekeeping standards and ensure all fixtures are properly secured. For instance, the towel rack was improperly installed and unstable.

Lovely place! Only docked a star because I wasn’t expecting a joint door. I only had neighbours on that last day so I still enjoyed my stay

Bien située proche de tout restaurant magasins et métro proche des sites réputés. Hotel prore mais mal isolés pour les bruit.

Great staff but keep in mind hotel is basic... no ice machine, no conditioner, etc. Can't beat the location and price.

The hotel is located in a nice spot where the metro is near by and you can easily get around. The parking situation is a bit complicated, much of the street parking is by permit only or paid in a way where you have to constantly check the meter (via an app). I ended up needing to park about a 10 minute walk away and move my car in the morning. For the price the room is solid, plenty of space for a single or couple travelers. The room had a mini fridge and microwave. The bathroom was truly odd, everything was placed really close to the walls in a way that made it hard to use the facilities. The walls are pretty thin, you are going to hear anyone outside or in the hallway. Also the hotel does not say Olympia anywhere on it, its Hôtel Le Saint-André.

Le personnel était accueillant et professionnel. Par contre, le frigo n'était pas branché à notre arrivée, et il manquait un tapis de bain. L'endroit était propre et confortable, même si on entendait beaucoup les bruits dans le corridor.

This hotel is a great place to stay, conveniently located near everything in the gay village. The internet connection is also excellent. I’ve been staying here since it was called Saint Andree.

Hotel is excellent and very good price, however both interactions i had with the staff were disappointing, the checkout was painfully slow and the person that checked me in at night was plain and simply rude and uninterested and made us wait about 25 min before he showed up. Other than that, the hotel was clean and in excellent condition.
